Perfect for the purpose we needed it

Lovely large bed and all facilities we needed. Efficient check in and out and overall very good value for money at the rate we paid

Good location

Nice hotel on the beach. Can't swim there due to sharks in the water. Breakfast buffet is outstanding! Lunch and dinner in Nabuco Restaurant were terrible. Filet mignon was the wrong cut of meat, more like a hunk of stew meat. One evening, I waited over three hours for room service delivery and was told that the reason was because the restaurant was busy. When I went downstairs, there was no one in the restaurant. They obviously forgot my order. When I asked for some sort of compensation, they did give me 20% off the meal. The staff was moderately friendly. My hotel room was clean, however, because the beach was windy and cold, my door to the balcony rattled all night long. The sliding glass door to the balcony never locked. The curtains in the room we're stuck, and could not be opened or closed easily. Internet worked fine. Electricity in the hotel was cut off for a few hours at one point. Safe and secure taxis were readily available outside the hotel on a moments notice. We used Aprigio for a fantastic city tour of Recife and Olinda for 6 hours for $R200. 81-99174-9113. In summary, it is a great place to stay for a short visit to the beach. Food is overpriced and not very good, except for the breakfast buffet. Eat elsewhere and you will be fine.

Excellent hotel Excellent location

Excellent hotel and facilities in a perfect location across from the beach. Breakfast was amazing also. The only drawback was the 10% charge for services at the end. I was told this was for cleaning and others minor things. Much better to have the full price included as with most other hotels.

Great night stay for the price!!!

We had a great room! Newly renovated and a surprise extra bedroom. Checked us in early as well! Everything was close by shopping and museums! Disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but could use a little tweaking!

It is the first time we stayed in this hotel and it was a bad experience, it is very expensive and charge everything , including ice, a hidden resort fee before staying ask for final prices.

Don't stay here.

It was a bad experience, the hotel it's under construction, but the most dislike it is that they charge for everything, I call to ask for ice and they charge me 2 dollars for a little bit, also they charge for hide resort fee, if you ask for something they charge for the service, so don't give more tips. Don't stay here...

Excellent beach front location!

Cons: Renovate overall facility and add a bar that is more happening - and outside on the terrace
Location: Beach, beach, beach!
This hotel has recently changed hands to Radisson and the work involved in such a transition is readily apparent. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, staff are being trained, and amenities are changing over to the brand. Once complete, this should be a top flight hotel. Currently, the hotel is extremely well located, clean, and the food is delicious! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large. Choose a beach front room with a balcony - the view is amazing!
