Nice hotel on a private beach

Other than plumbing issues, this hotel is great. They go out of their way to entertain you. I just recommend paying a bit more for the Suites which are on the beach side.

this place was not what i expected,

Pros: i did not like nothing about this place.
Cons: knock down the place . rebuilding , get a better staff . the poool need a cleaning .
Location: not safe at all. the guard didnt care if you were getting pick up. someone was following and the guard did not do anything
the hotel stay was terriable .very dirty, not friendly staff. i got sick went to hospital with food posining, i can believe the way this resort is. mold, i didnt get the room i was to get, no help from no one.

Pros: The beach is nice.
Cons: I had a leak in the bathroom.
Location: the location is perfect. is near the airport.
I got sick the time I was in the hotel. the telephone in the room was not working

It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had the rooms were ugly and disgusting and I had to pay more so they can give us better rooms I’ve send photos but I could not get pictures of the bed because my phone died but the beds where ugly and the room stinked .

I'm glad it was only for 1 night

Pros: The Beach and staff
Cons: Everything
Location: I wouldn't leave the grounds, not safe if you are not local.
Staff was great when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready, but we only had to wait 15 minutes or so. You only get 1 hour of Free Wi-Fi and only at the Beach. You have to pay a $20 deposit PER beach towel, which you get back upon return of towel, but we were not told this when we went to the beach. The food was terrible. The bed in the room only had a sheet on top of a very dirty mattress and then only a sheet to sleep with, no blankets. The room didn't have a working mini fridge, so we couldn't keep our waters cold. The hotel itself needs a refresh, paint, floors, walls, furniture, etc. The room was solid white, very stale. I was glad we only stayed one night, I still feel like I deserve my money back as the hotel was nothing like advertised. The staff and the beach were the only saving graces.

Nice swim-up bar and pool

Pros: Staff, food, pool.
Cons: Maintenance of the building.
Too many smokers, need more control of this. Broken elevator, toilet, window.

Totally HORRIBLE RESORT

Pros: The one and only thing I liked about this resort was the beach water!!!
Cons: The rooms were in terrible shape in EVERY way!!!! Im not sure if they could even fix them.
The worst experience I have ever had. It started out with none of the staff speaking English. Our rooms air conditioner was not working and we asked 3 times for someone to fix it. The TV did not initially work. We had no toilet paper and the shower head would not stay on the wall. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked. The refrigerator also did not work. They provided no blanket for the bed, only a thin sheet. The next day I requested another room due to the terrible condition of the first room. The second room had a working AC but no working outlets. The refrigerator did not work. The balcony doors wouldn't open. There were no lamps in the room. The lighting was VERY POOR in the bathroom and the shower head would not stay on the wall again. Again, only one sheet for the bed and no extra linens. The food was absolutely terrible and only a buffet was provided for both breakfast and lunch. and only 1 or 2 restaurants were open for each evening to choose from.

Very outdated but close to the beach

The garden view room was very out dated, and had so much rust and leaks. The door did not lock properly. Some light switches did not work. We were not given enough blankets to sleep with. We were able to see one of the rooms on the beach view side, which was much nicer but , the hallways were filled with huge water bugs. Overall the only the only thing that was nice about this resort was the beach it was very close and beautiful.

THEY HAVE A SMALL TABEL IN THE LOBBY TO DO ACTIVITIES LIKE FOUR WHEELING AND ADVENTURES .. i BOOKED AN ADVENTURE WITH MY GIRLFRIEND FOR $260 USD .. THAT MORING TO LEAVE I HAD REALLY BAD HEART PROBLEMS AND WEN TO GET MEDICAL TREATMENT SO I COULD NOT ATTEND THE ACTIVITIES.. I WENT TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND THE SUPERVISOR SAID NO..ON MY RECIPT SAYS NO REFUND UNLESS A MEDICAL NOTE IS PRESENT WHICH I HAD AND ITS BEEN ONE WEEK AND I STILL HAVE $260 MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I WAS THERE I ASKED FOR THE COMPANY ADRESS AND NUMBERS AND HE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME ANYTHING NOT EVEN A CARD, I COMPLAINED TO THE HOTEL .. AND OF COURSE I WAITED FOR HOURS AND NOONE CAME .... TO TOP IT OFF I HAVE A CEILING LEAK IN MY ROOM WHICH I REPORTED AND IT TOOK STAFF 2 FULL DAYS TO RESOND TO IT AFTER WATER WAS 1INCH HIGH IN MY ROOM AND RUINED MY CLOTHS IN THE CLOSET ..SUPERVISOR DID NOT SHOW AN CONCERN OR SAY SORRY.. I'VE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 20YEARS COMING HERE EVERYYEAR AND ALSO MY PARENTS WERE MARRIED HERE AND EVER SINCE "BE LIVE" TOOK OVER ITS GOTTEN WORSE. I OFFICIALLY GIVE UP ON THIS HOTEL. I WILL BE REPORTING EVERYWHERE ABOUT TO MONEY BEING STOLEN. VISITORS BE AWARE !!
