Everything was good and clean. Service is awesome, only negative thing was hot water takes wayyyy too long to come out of the shower.

I know some spanish but Cynthia was the best in translating english for me. However she did not work on the weekends. The staff tried their best to accomodate but management needs to invest in amenities like providing towels, irons, better bedding. The rooms were clean and I felt safe. But there was a smell in the rooms. Power also went out a few times and lucky I was not stuck in tge elevator. The food from the Vista Marina restaurant was good and staff were really great.

The location and water view was spectacular. There was parking always available.

Great place perfect location

ill start by saying this is one of the nicest hotels in Boca chica, it is across the street from a few great restaurants. i am from this country and have stayed at many places and this one is on my top 10. great location if you want to walk to eat, hit the beach, go shopping or even gamble at the local resort "Hamaca". if you can afford to get a room with an ocean view do it cause its worth it. theres always a breeze coming in the apartment. keep in mind that if you book a "loft" the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so if you have a problem with stairs, i dont recommend that room. hotel was very clean and well maintained, they also have there own restaurant across the street st. tropez, which you get 10% off. the the waiter we had was very rude but the food was great, so i would not hold his attitude against the place. ok now the bad, parking can be difficult at the place, there is not enough parking in the hotel for every room. so if you go out and come back late. you will be parking your car on the street, where the hotel will tell you they are not responsible for it. second thing, if you plan on checking out early in the morning, there is no one at the front desk till after 10am, to help you, you will have to leave your key and information with the security guard and hope for the best.

I liked the apartment set up. I liked the cleanliness. I like the balcony and ocean view. I did not like that when i arrived there wasn’t any information to help me get adjusted. I didn’t like the staff didn’t speak any English luckily i know some Spanish and phone use. I like the WiFi. I like the pool. I didn’t like the bed was full size not enough space for average size adults to sleep. I didn’t like the shower didn’t have a soap or toiletry holder. I liked the walking distance to supermarket and beach !

I didn’t like the bed is was to bumping and they didn’t have hot water Everything else was fine

Thanks for the review. It is important for us. We are sorry you did not have hot water ? Did you report that at the front desk ? It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to have hot water , you just have to let the water run. Usually they explain how to use everything in the apartment in case you have any doubts. And they respond quickly sending the manintenaince guy when this kind of situations happens. Please tell us your name and which apartment were you to check on this matter. Thank you
