Pros: check in person was great. made a reservation for us at season's 52 and got us a free flatbread
walking distance to season's 52 and madison's steak house. hotel staff at check in was wonderful.

A safe, good hotel, but bad parking, hard towels

Pros: Location, safety, cleanliness. Bath/hand Soap, shampoo were fine and my wife liked the makeup remover towelettes.
Cons: A parking garage for hotel guests. Use softener for pillow cases, sheets, and towels. Replace the smoke alarms with units that don’t “flash”.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, major shopping mall nearby, literally less than 2 miles from hotel.
Really for business class travelers. This is my second time at this hotel. First day we had plumbing issues so no bath, shower for morning. Engineers were apparently checking roof water tanks. Not a good start. I noticed the water pressure was low during are stay for 4 days/5 nights. Pros: Great location near I-95, restaurants, mall, town center. Rooms are functional, clean and modern. Marriott hotel staff are extremely helpful and professional. Small concession shop at front entrance for purchasing snacks, drinks, sundry items. A “bistro” for quick meals, drinks.. Cons: Beds are somewhat uncomfortable, unless you like a really firm mattress. Pillows cases, sheets and towels are ROUGH!! Be forewarned, hotel has a “green” policy in effect so you’re sheets and towels won’t be replaced for 72 hours, unless you request it. Also, the smoke/fire alarm has a strobe light that “flashes” every 3-4 secs, so you have an interesting time going to sleep. Parking is problematic because of the restaurant right next door to hotel.

Nice place across from Boca Town Center Mall. Friendly front desk people. Room would need some update soon!

Super fast check in and out. Clean room and comfortable bed. Better than the ratings suggest.

Ok hotel, but unhelpful front desk staff.

The room was nice with a lovely view of the courtyard from the balcony, but it was very small and cramped.. the morning front desk staff was very unhelpful. I needed a zero bill for the government but I was told they couldn't provide it since I paid through Expedia.l, and I would need to get it through Expedia., Last I checked I was a guest at Marriott and NOT Expedia, so how will Expedia give me a Zero bill with Marriott letter head since they're not Marriott? Amazing how every other Hotel that I book through Expedia is able to provide the Zero bill... so Marriott doesn't like customers from Expedia and I felt they treated me like a second class citizen for not booking directly through the hotel, but don't worry I won't book with Marriott again...
