Completely Average Business Hotel

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was bland. Eggs rubbery. Couldn't believe that the hotel didn't have a corkscrew I could borrow. Just paper cups in room.
It was a decent business hotel. Nothing remarkable. Nothing really bad. Nothing really good.

Loved the hotel. Enjoyed the whirlpool. Very comfortable room and pleasant and helpful staff.

Unannounced, excessive charges.

We stayed here while moving. Front lobby under construction. Test parking has no security and is next to a small airport. We were not warned of pet fee or taxes on pet fee. $125! Then the guest book says the fee is $75. We paid an extra night's stay. Industrial view. If we hadn't lived in the area we'd have no idea where restaurants were. One night's soap, shampoo. For this price in a Marriot, I expected more.

The room did not have a safe to store valuables. I know they could be checked at the front desk however as an added convenience rooms should come with that amenity. Similar hotel chains all have room safes. The hotel was well maintained and in a great location for restaurants, entertainment and travel convenience minutes to I95 and Turnpike.
