Bad experience

Poor staff follow through.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Management needs to take a closer look and keeping the grounds clean, and closer managing the front desk staff who need better training.
Checked in and room was okay but wife wanted a tub. Checked at front desk and was told we could get moved the next day. Next day were told they were sold out and could move the following day. Day three we were told in morning that we could move to room 108 next door, or room 112 but had to wait until 3PM. At 3PM we were told that both rooms were rented and we could move to 3rd floor. My wife has a hip injury and that is why we were on 1st floor, so we declined. I asked the manager why both the rooms were rented since we had been waiting for two days prior to move, and why wasn't something put in the system to reserve one of them for us. He said it was a mistake, and offered to provide one of our nights for free. I asked the front staff to leave a reminder for the manager when we checked out so that there wouldn't be another "mistake". In addition to the above, there was constant litter all around the hotel including traxh, bottles, cans and several pairs of shoes, which were scattered about during our entire stay.

Very hot and humid!

Pros: I liked the layout of room.
Cons: Staff could be more attentive to guests.
Location: This is close to the highway and 15 minutes from beach. there are places to eat nearby.
On day 2 AC quit working, maintenance came to repair, he advised wasn't able to and said they would move me to a new room. The did not move me. At check out the lady said manager would call me, I have not heard from the manager.

Nice breakfast, friendly and professional staff

Pros: Staff
Cons: We had two rooms, a living room separated from the bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom was several degrees warmer than the living room.
The hotel is being renovated but unless you want to sleep past 9 or 10, no worries. We did not hear any construction noise until late morning. The staff is very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room under construction. No lights. No phone

No power to outlet. Staff has no empathy. Do you want another room? Come down! Terrible.

Mostly nice staff. Very dirty room! Renovation was going on outside. I assume it’s normally as dirty as the room
