We came early to the hotel, we know checking is at 3 pm but they do not give the bracelet until room is available, so was unable to eat in the hotel and we have to go out to the nearby restaurant to buy food, room as able at 5 pm. We got vacations to other places and if we are early always have bracelet they hold the luggage and we can eat in the buffet. Well this was a very bad experience .

Worse hotel I had been, the experience was nothing of what I had expected, I been to Decameron before in Panama City and it was way different. I would never recommend this hotel ever again. The WiFi was only in the lobby and from the 5 days I was there the internet was down 4 days, you would have to make reservation for dinner or else you wouldn’t be able to eat.

Locación is good , security is excellent,

The rooms need to be updated is and old hotel and rooms are not very clean, but food , security and the overall attention to guests is excellent. Wi fi doesn’t work on the rooms only near lobby

Not an easy check in

Horrible check in forgot to print the Expedia voucher and at 6pm no guest computer(closed) was send to an Internet cafe which was also closed. When I returned I was asked to email it but no luck an 1 1/2 later they took me to an office next to check in and a 2 min later which took me to sign in a print the voucher they had what they needed it. I woundered why they did not do that from the beginning. Checkin staff not helpful and rude. Cartagena experience magicali would go back in a heart beat but not to this hotel. Many negative factors not just with checking.

I wish I knew how bad this hotel was . The reviews online must be written by hotel staff because I would rate this hotel at 1.5 stars
