Nice hotel close to the beach and shops

Good location, you can have a room with a wonderfull sea view. Menu has a good range of variety. Local Colombian dishes can get easily. Staff is very nice and kind. All staff is focused in give you a special attention and to help you to feel like you are at home.

I really like to be close to the beach

The experience at the hotel was great, I really like the whole building. The most important for me was the people. Very very nice and kind so helpful too

Conveniently locate hotel in Bocagrande

Good value and location for the money. Partial view of the beach is actually great. Included breakfast is also very good. A lot of things to choose from. Many place to eat at night one block away.

Nice hotel close to the beach but....

We loved the location of this hotel, it has the beach just cross the street and they offer nice service in the beach as well. The restaurant and concierge staff are very friendly and happy to help the guests while the guys at the reception just do their job as check in and out..... not a smile or a friendly face. The room was nice except for the old and noisy AC which we turn off at night; thankfully the room kept the low temperature so we could sleep well.

Awesome experience.

Pros: They also set up excursions cheaper then Trip Advisors.
Location: Very close to everything.
We stayed here for 5 days.. The bell boy David was the best and most memorable of the entire staff.. He was able to communicate well with us as we only speak English and had a difficult time in an all Spanish speaking country. The 24 hour assistance came in handy as well as they helped us promptly with all of our needs We stayed in a Junior suite which was of good size and was clean..The hotel is right next to the beach and has a great view but also has a large unfinished building that is a eye sore as well. They have a good free full breakfast every day. Cons- the pool closes at 8pm and their bar doesn't open until 8pm which is strange for a large hotel Other then those small quirks it was a great stay. I'll stay again.

Mass market hotel

The insulation of the rooms is quite poor you are better off with a a cheaper inside room if you can live without seeing the beach from above. Air conditioning was very noisy, but you cannot sleep without, so the only solutions were ear plugs. Check in and check out are sloooooooooooooooow, not sure if due to the bureaucracy of the lack of willingness of the staff, I guess a little bit of both. Price was OK, so overall it is a 3.
