Nice hotel, just in front of the beach, safe area

Pros: Good area to stay
Cons: A Bettter Pool
Location: Near Shopping malls. food places nearby
Good place just in front of the beach, near shopping places, you can change money in a secure place, a lot of places to eat and near all tourist atrractions and pier.

Nice hotel next to the beach with no ac and hot

The rooms was nice view was nice it was no ac in any rooms that worked and it was 90 every day

they charged "extra fees" when i arrived and when i checked out because it was "supposedly " not charged when i purchased the room. i understand that maybe things happen at the check in but they also charged me when checking out? what did i pay for then through expedia? the hotel was okay good service but to me they try to look for ways to take extra money from people. no good

Dear guest, it is regrettable to hear what happened, but I confirm that the expedia portal has changed its policies since July 15, where taxes are no longer included in the value of your reservation, but you must pay them at the time of your arrival. When you paid your taxes during the check-in, you had to pay a balance of $ 6,000 pesos, which we had to collect on your departure. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Staff very nice. Had to be nice from room, 1st room smelled awful. The second room no towels had to wait over an hour to get them. Don't recoment eating in. Otherwise is this if you don't spend much time in

Pros: honest hard working hotel personals.
Cons: Azula LG transportation expensive unprofesional not recomended to do business with
Location: The beaches in Columbia were beautiful and although I was not personally able to visit some of the more popular tour areas I heard great things about
Not enough Umbrellas on the beach and there is not a bar with drinks on the beach for all inclusive guests. On the beach vendors are operating jet skis causing the waves to not be safe for hotel guests and there is unpleasant smell of gas. Food could have more variety, there were few seafood options and after the second day we realized we were eating essentially the same meals. This lack of variety proved difficult for my vegetarian son. The beach was very crowded and there were too many vendors allowed in front of the hotel. Taxis in front of hotel were readily available and much cheaper than Azula LG transportation. Most of the staff is not bilingual though they are pleasant and willing to help to the best of their ability. I booked all inclusive, very disappointing. Only one restaurant for the all inclusive option. They should have at least drinks and coffee in rooms for family with kids, but that was an extra charge as well which made using medication difficult at the end of the day. Also waking up thirsty would prove to be extremely unpleasant when there was virtually no where to get a drink. English language was spoken by very few individuals. Although I was upset with certain aspects I understand that these people are honest and hard working despite their shortcomings. I would hope that the hotels in the area and vendors on the beach could find a way to unite to make a smotther experience, and implement a better tour district. On end everione have positive experience.

Too expensive for what it is

Yes across from the beach, but way too expensive for this hotel! Would not stay here again nor recommend it to others. Would have rather stayed at A Hilton nearby....
