great location to the Messe. Only one thing was on the morning I was leaving, housekeeping came into my room at 8.15 without knocking and woke me up !

Amazing hidden gem
We had to make last minute changes due to a hotel we booked being boarded up! I wish I had found this hotel sooner. The accommodations were top notch, the service was outstanding, and our stay in Frankfurt was saved!

The room is big and comfortable. I appreciated that I had an iron and ironing board in the room as I always like my outfit looks neat and tidy. The internet connection is fast and stable. The only downside I found is the lighting is a bit dim which me made feel not too comfortable to do some writing and reading.

Breakfast is great with good food and varieties. Take S9 and U7 and reach Industriehof. 5 minutes walk from tram station and 8 minutes to downtown, convenient. Quiet industrial area with some eateries opposite street. Only criticism is gym equipment not professional and insufficient, but the gym room is big and spacious with sauna.

The room was very clean and modern. Check in was a breeze no holds on my credit card. They only ask for 4Euros. The breakfast was very good, buffet style but delicious. I did use the co-Ed sauna and steam rooms which were great! Friendly staff and service was excellent. I just booked another night, the night before my flight as I stayed there when I first got into Germany before country hopping.

Very quiet location, and pleasant staff. I was pleasantly amazed to be checked in almost 8 hrs before the official check in time. Breakfast was nice, and I believe it’s good value for money. Would stay there again if I have to.

Good transit / conference hotel - location so-so
Good access to hotel from FRA and clean, good value accommodation. Just off the beaten track a bit and not much doing around the area - quite industrial. Very quiet and low-key property.

Ideal location.
I've stayed at this hotel quiet a lot, for me its in a great location and offers everything a guest needs. The food and the service are excellent, the staff go out of their way to make you visit as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Great room and value, very good location. Overall a good choice for the business traveler. I was very disappointed with the staff in the restaurant/bar. They were less than attentive, virtually ignoring us both times we were there, and tried to insist we had not properly paid our bill even though we had proof that we had.

Needs upgrades.
This hotel is a fine and comfortable business hotel. It has a nice breakfast that is included with most rates. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired. I like that it is a short walk to the U6, U7 lines, however you really must take the train to get a decent meal. The hotel is in great need of upgrades. I've been staying at this hotel for over 12 years and it has had very few if any upgrades in all this time. One thing that is noticeably less likeable is that the hotel staff seems less friendly than in previous stays. In my past stays you would be greeted every time you entered the hotel or the restaurant. Now they hardly look up from their computer screens. I think a little customer attention is what keeps guests coming back and I certainly noticed the lack of attention on this stay.
