The gardens and pool area are beautiful. If you are lucky enough to stay in the pool area, each room has a small patio outside the room. The staff is friendly and does their best to help.

The Garden Cafe is excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This is our 3rd stay here, and we would choose it again.

The room was very nice. The staff was nice. My neighbors were loud till very late. When I did call the front desk, they took care of the issue.

Family Visit
We are a family of five adults and it is unusual to find a room with enough beds. This had a king and a room in the room with two queens. It was perfect. The room was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable (except for small pillows), and the property was quiet. Close proximity to coffee and food! They also accommodated a change in our reservation without difficulty.

Classic motel.
You should not pass this motel up because it has existed for a long time…it is far more comfortable than many newer properties! The room is spacious with views of the pool and lovely landscaping. The room was immaculate,the bed comfortable. The bath is a little dated, but that’s minor. Also, there is an on-site breakfast cafe which is very reasonably priced and yummy. I highly recommend this Best Western.

We stopped here for one night. It was conveniently located to all shopping and dining in the area. The pool and hot tub area were nice. Front desk staff was friendly.

The staff at check in was rude. They said they couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't let me give them a confirmation number despite me having the screen up to prove I did, they just kept saying I didn't have a reservation and I was wrong. Then when they finally found it, they acted as if they hadn't just spent the past five minutes telling me we didn't have a room. The carpets in the room were gross. Our feet and socks were black. We showered and after walking in the carpet for less than 10 minutes, our socks were black again. There was also a weird smell in the room but since the room was ground level we couldn't sleep safely with the windows open. I would not stay here again.
