“Apartment style with kitchenette and loft. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Laundry facilities on premises. Smoke detector inspection needed to be done when we were there. Hotel informed us via email. Excellent communication. Close to train and grocery stores. ”

“Excellent modern hotel. It’s brand new, so everything is in a great shape. You can get any extras (towels, coffee, etc) 24/7 at the customer’ service room. The bedding is comfortable. Great location. Recommend it for any occasion.”

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean…. There was just some dust.. in the bathtub. And a stain in the sink. I don’t know. But I’m not too picky. I didn’t complain because I was not gonna bath anyway. And it was……
