Nice hotel
Nice hotel, central location. We had 2 rooms booked, one of them was not cleaned before we came. They gave us a new room straight away after I let them know. They had a packed breakfast ready for us when we left as we left before breakfast time. We did request this and they were really helpful with organising this and it was a lovely gesture. Staff was really nice and friendly. Big minus was the room condition in the first room and the rooms was VERY hot and with no other option than to open the windows towards the road outside, it became quite noisy when trying to sleep. As it was 24 hours daylight and curtains did not cover the windows it was too much light at night. Overall a lovely hotel, staff really helpful and friendly, but minus on curtains and rooms way to hot.

Nice place to relax and enjoy vacation
As the hotel is in the heart of the city, I was able to walk everywhere. The room was ideal, and all of my special requests were accommodated. They provided a decent breakfast selection, quick cleaning, and daily towel renewal in the room. Although the hotel parking was a disappointment, the receptionist was quite helpful and was able to direct us to an excellent parking location.

Nice place to stay.
Room was upgraded to a larger twin with sofa which was rather nice. Good breakfast. Took a little while for the water to run hot but only a minor issue.

Great Location for Exploring Area
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They helped us get oriented to the town and where to get our rental car. Thank you. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here on the nights of 13th and 14th June 2019. The location of this property is ideal, only 15 mins walk from ferry terminal, about 10 mins from train station and close to the centre. Everything in the hotel was great and the lady in reception most helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Reasonably good hotel. Handy for station.
Good location. 5 mins to station. Room very modern and well equipped. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast staff not so friendly (one was a bit off-hand). Breakfast quite good but not the best I have had.

Excellent Customer care for Guests.
Our room was clean and spacious and it had a great view of the harbour. The reception staff was very friendly and regarding our request for earlier breakfast at 5am (usual is 7am) as we needed to catch a ferry to Lofoten at 6am. He readily agreed. The next morning, we were welcomed by almost the full breakfast spread with the exception of the hot food. But it was more than our expectation, fresh cut fruits, bread, trays of cheese and cold cuts were already set up before 5am. Thank you for accommodating to our request as it ensure us (as well as fellow travellers) are well fed for our upcoming travel.

Basic, simple and clean.
Quite basic but spotlessly clean. Standard rooms are small with a rather awkward rail for hanging clothes. Good shower. Breakfast was very good, but restaurant is closed in the evenings. Reasonable selection of restaurants and fast food outlets nearby.

Lovely hotel, easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the Hurtigrute terminal a 5-10 minute walk with baggage. The room was beautifully furnished with plenty of space and a well designed bathroom. Would think of using here again

I am a femaile traveller and would say this is a basic but overpriced hotel. The area is just off the main streets, the street is not looking very glamorous but since you are in Norway still very safe. I was put in a small but quiet room (e.g. fold down desk and no wardrobe. The mattress was great but pillows were mediocre. I really didn't miss much besides a bin in the bathroom. For older or less mobile people the small rooms are inconvenient due to a step up into the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was, well, basic.

Nice hotel with reasonable price.
We only stayed for one night, the room and bathroom were acceptable. The hotel has beautiful sea view and just by the port, we were able to watch two hours Aurora just by the hotel sea view side. It was worth the money got us to stay there.

We arrived in the middle of the night and found the hotel, very easy to get to from Hurtigruten quay. When out room key wouldn't work we were given another room. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful both checking in and checking out. When checking out the lady helped us with getting the bus app to work and finding the bus stop to the airport.
