The hotel is located 50 minutes away from the airport. The hotel has a wonderful location. Great place for families, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location on the bay with sea views throughout the property. The aqua park is good. We had great holiday with my family.

Fabulous place. Beautiful setting. Great staff who are such lovely people. I loved the sports activities especially aquafit. Wonderful food. Great night time entertainment and such fun. One of the best places I have stayed in. Bodrum a £4.00 taxi ride or 80 pence local minibus ride just outside the hotel.

Cleanliness is not good at the property. Our room’s toilet got exploded and all the bad stuff was coming off of the shower, etc. hotel management didn’t do anything about it and terrible service.. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too bad…

Everything was fantastic. Staff was welcoming and friendly. There were vegetarian food options which I appreciated since I’m not eating meat or fish.

Unfortunately this holiday has been the worse holiday by far and this is due to this hotel providing the worse service, just to sum it up the food is awful, awful to the point where a stray dog won’t even bother to attempt to eat it, rooms ain’t cleaned to standards, on some days when I return to my room I had toilet roll missing and even towels, amenities wasn’t provided had to ask for it,

Definitely not a 5 star hotel
We booked this hotel last minute. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, which is completely understandable. They were able to get us into a room 2 hours prior to check-in which was great. The staff gave us a towel card and a wrist bracelet to eat at the restaurant which was also great. But that's where the good experience ended. This is an all inclusive resort supposedly, but only one restaurant is all included. The other 4-5 restaurants require prior reservations and they are an extra charge. The buffet restaurant and the other "food stands" near the pool area all had a specified time slot so if you missed them, you had no eating options. The one buffet restaurant had repeatedly the same menu, so there was really no variety. Good if you are only staying one or two nights, not good if you are staying longer. Most of the staff do not speak English. I asked the pool staff where the bathroom is and he didn't have a clue. He told me to go to reception, even though I found out the bathroom was steps away. The resort does not have a good layout and you have to walk far distances to get anywhere. The all inclusive drink menu had 6 drinks on it. I made the mistake of asking for a Pina Colada - worst I've ever tasted, with what looked like curdled foam on top of it. The "superior" room was a bit of a distance away from the main lobby. It felt like an old motel room. You couldn't take a shower without the entire bathroom floor flooding. It wasn't a good deal or pleasant stay.

It could not be worse than this
Our room was not ready at 2 o'clock. It was not the one that I reserved in hotel.com. She charged me extra to get the same thing my reservation would show. No WiFi. No night club. Nothing was as described in teh site.

Ersan Resort in Bodrum
Used the hotel as it was near the boat yards. The room I had first was overlooking the disco, not very good when you are trying to get some sleep.... :-(. I had to ask a number of times at reception to get moved as they did not believe me that it was on! In the end got moved to a quiet bedroom that was a bit moldy in the corners and had lumpy bed but at least was quiet which is all I cared about at 11pm. all inclusive package was good value and easy to use as a business traveler.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Die Bars sind unterbesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Essensausgabe extrem unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Vor allem beim frühstücken wird man extrem blöd behandelt wenn man Spiegeleier möchte. Für ein Stückchen Knoblauchwurst (sucuk) muss man anstehen und warten. Eine Person bedient mehrere Theken daher extreme Wartezeiten. Jedoch muss man sagen, dass es viel Auswahl an Fleischgerichten gab. Lob an den DJ, gute Musik und Unterhaltung.

one of the best hotels i have been in Turkiye. All the staff were so nice, the hotel was clean, the food was fantastic with lots of choice. They had a lot of selection for gluten free and vegan food. we will definitely be back

Otel konum olarak bodrum merkeze çok yakın mesafede .Denizi ve odaları konforlu.Hijyen olarak da oldukça başarılı.Yemek çeşitliliği pandemiden dolayı az ama kesinlikle aç kalmassınız.Resepsiyon daki arkadaşlar gayet ilgili ve çözüm odaklı.Akşam oturma alanları çok güzel
