Beautiful but not typical Turkish service

Took about 30-45 minutes in the dark to find the hotel- there isn't any signs directing the placement anywhere in sight. Upon arrival, the reception was helpful but we had to cancel our dinner reservations due to arrival time being after 10 pm so we settled for the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff looked bothered because the restaurant was closing at 10:30, it took 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table with only two menus for a party of four. We requested additional two menus for our party and they couldn't provide them until about 15 minutes later. The table didn't have napkins, and everything had to be requested as needed, the food was just mediocre and very pricey. This isn't my first trip to Turkey and the service I received was very below average and didn't fit my expectations at all. I'm very disappointed in the hotel staff, it almost looks like they are bothered to serve you and a very odd mixture of people working. Some are friendly and some look very miserable. The rooms are comfortable with a great view.
