Check-in was very easy. Most of the staff speak English well. The room was spacious, however the windows did not open and the room would get very damp. This was the only real downside. Room service and the restaurant were excellent with friendly staff. It was easy to work in the restaurant area in between meal times and WiFi was generally reliable. The location of the hotel near most of the attractions in Bogor makes it very convenient to get around, especially being right next to a major shopping mall as well as a bus station. Daily breakfast was worth it for the very reasonable price. Overall this hotel is a great value for anyone looking for a practical place to stay in Bogor.

The location of this property is excellent, near to shops and mall. The room is decent sized and bed is comfortable. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway which is great! Breakfast option are limited, but is sufficient.

Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff
Location is convenient, next to Botani Mall and Damri Shuttle bus. Staff was very nice and friendly. Wi-fi works fine. Room & bathroom is clean, breakfast was good. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay at Fave Hotel Pajajaran Bogor. We will stay again in this hotel for our future trip to Bogor.

It took 30 minutes to prepare Mie Goreng and Fresh Juice that I ordered at the cafeteria.Also, pillow covers in my room were dirty as they had yellowish stains so I could not use them. Apart from these points, good value for its price.

I would like to commend on the great service and attention provided by the staffs from front door, reception desk to securities and the restaurant staffs with special thanks to the restaurant manager, Noerdin. The service staffs have exhibit high level of professionalism in attending to their guests and certainly made my stay most enjoyable and relaxing.

Good hotel in great location.
Nice hotel, across the biggest mall in Bogor. Room was quiet. Bus to airport is just in 3min walk from the hotel. The only recommendation is to clean the shower better. Bleach it to get rid of the mould. Other than that, hotel is fantastic.

Excellent location as right next door to shopping mall and the fabulous botanical gardens. Even better, the friendliness of the staff was outstanding, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, to the maids. Would like to recognize Clara, Malik, and Surya in the restaurant and Ramdhani, the door man. Great job!!!

Convenient place to stay in Bogor
It's a good place to stay, close to Botany Square and in walking distance to the bus terminal. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel restaurant provides a good breakfast buffet, but also lunch and dinner - room service if requested. Rooms provide everything needed for good overnight stay.

Pleasant stay in good location
Friendly staff and as repeat guest check-in and out was very fast. Room at higher floor was quiet and all amenities provided. Some maintenance however would be needed. Location near bus terminal is ideal and lots of Grab transport available.

My choice hotel
This hotel has always been my choice hotel for the last 4 years. Staff are friendly and remember me whenever they see me. One improvement can be made...I noticed that the salad leaves we not very fresh. Thanks.

There were many choices to stay in bogor and I am glad I chose fave hotel bogor. Excellent location, nice room and great staff. Good restaurant with a friendly and knowledgeable manager. Breakfast buffet was good, but only no cheese for my omellette, which might have been due to ramadan. The only other negative was it took 20 minutes to get an answer when dialling reception, but that was late at night so I am sure it is quicker during the day. All in all a great hotel near botani.

It's fave....
as long as you have minimum expectations, your stay might be enjoyable. Room is very dark. Have to pay extra for additional amenities (water, shower cap, etc). Kitchen close at 11pm; better bring your own food for night snacking.

Highly Recommended Hotel!!!
The hotel staff we encountered are incredibly polite, helpful and friendly. From the porters, to front desk receptionists to restaurant staff we encountered nothing but great service. I would like to mention especially Jumi, Malek and Clara from the restaurant and Desi, Amba and Yusi from front desk. I highly recommend this hotel in Bogor.
