This is an outstanding property with dedicated and pleasant staff, particularly Daniella at the front desk. The modest breakfast was excellent with some of the best cooked to order eggs that I’ve ever had. Everyone in the staff was cheerful and very eager to help. An outstanding experience with tremendous value!

Great stay
It is a great small hotel. Easy enough to get to, but away from the noise of the busy main roads. Easy walks (less than 30 minutes) to great restaurants and shopping areas, including the area around "Parque 93". Place is clean and well kept. The cleaning and reception staff was really friendly and helpful ladies on the breakfasts buffet make really good omelets.

Disappointing Hotel
The location is great, that the only good thing about this hotel. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows terrible, no WIFI service in the room even though it was supposed to have. The TV only had local channels the first days. We reported the lack of WIFI and TV service every day and it only got fix the day we were checking out.

We will not stay here again.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rooms get really hot, beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is suppose to have wifi in the rooms but during are stay we had no wifi, we ask the front desk and they said they will fix it but they never did. Also the TV only had the local channels when we ask the front desk they said they will fix it but again they never did.

The room exactly like pictured. I loved the soft sheets and the thick towels. The breakfast was varied each day and delicious, with eggs made to order. Location was safe and quiet in lovely neighborhood. Transmilenio public buses within only about six or seven blocks away. Very happy with my choice of hotel!

Nice but noisy
Room was clean. Bed was awesome and happy that tv could be use for english during majority of American programming lots of street noise during the night and you could hear downstairs gate opening and closing. Overall I would go back

Underwhelming
The suite was very nice. Cold at night. Big kitchen but nothing other than basic pots no extras, 2 cups,2 plates 2 each utensils...so not really useful as a kitchen. Very limited breakfast no Bell boy, when I got there they wanted to charge tax which is not for tourists. Luckily My girlfriend with me is a Colombia lawyer. Great neighborhood but more like an apartment with a desk clerk. Actually The Young desk clerk was very nice and tried to be helpful .

The hotel was amazing. Very small boutique hotel but very modern and the staff is amazing. I stayed in the deluxe suite and it was even more than I could’ve expected. Must stay hotel/room if you visit bogota

I stayed for just over two weeks and overall I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The cleaning is very well done on a daily basis. I loved the area with many parks and many restaurants and grocery stores within walkable distance. My only suggestion would be if they could add more kitchen items. The pots and pans are old and rather used. Also, there is only one plate and one set of cutlery provided. A toaster, blender, and some other essentials would be nice. Also, at times, I found the bath towels to be rough and of less than top quality.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The area was walkable and had many excellent dining and brunch options. The room was very clean and spacious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bogota!

Customer Experience to be Improved
Advise: avoid any room at first floor. The noise is unbearable, you listen the music and chat from the restaurant, vacuum and repair sounds from other rooms and even some alarms from the street. Mine had even a leak on windows and water came into affecting one of my bags. From an overall perspective, staff is nice and ready to help you. However, I think management has a lot of work to improve client experience. When I arrived to the hotel, there was nobody to assist with my bags - I had almost six - and they tried to overcharge me 30% just because I didn't put, by mistake, 2 adults instead of one - the fee on the platform was exactly the same for those options -. Hotels.com customer service had to intervene to solve the issue.

Cons: There is no heat so take that into consideration as Bogota can be cold. Breakfast is basic. Also the front staff is not very friendly. We had an issue when we came back from dinner and there was no one at the front door to let us in for at least 10 minutes. Pros: Nice neighborhood with a park across the street, a breakfast restaurant close, and a supermarket that is also close

This place is very overpriced. I got the suite and they only gave you two plates two glasses. It has a kitchen but they do not give you anything to cook with except for Two pots and a very small egg frying pan. You pay for a kitchen that you cannot really use. It gets cold in Bogota and they have no heat. The website claims to have a laundry But it is a very expensive out for laundry service

We loved it, you will not be disappointed.
Well what can I say, we absolutely loved this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is great, it’s quiet and busy at the same time. The room/apartment is wonderful and well stocked. The jacuzzi is massive, the shower has almost instant piping hot water(which is not common at all in Colombia), the bed is comfortable and the TV even had directv with movies and sports 😲😉, The breakfast was great too, fruit, yogurt and then eggs cooked to order. I would suggest downloading the Rappi app for food if you are arriving late at night though as the hotel doesn’t cook at night. This is not a five star hotel but for us it was a five star experience. Fabulous.
