We loved it here. First, locked facility which nice. There is 24/7 front desk. We were on the 4th floor and the rooms are soooo quiet. There is also a sun shade and light blocking shades for the windows for an extra dark room when sleeping. The showers were hot. Everything was simple, but just right. We really needed a scale to weigh our luggage and they actually bought one, because their other had broke. The staff were very kind, patient, and accomodating

Efficient well located hotel with helpful staff
This hotel is very well-located close to transportation, the front desk staff is very helpful. I had a very late arrival past midnight and they were available, the hotel is well secured and very clean. Great stay!

Good value in Chapinero Central
A block below the Séptima, across which are numerous restaurants and cafes. Easy bus or taxi access to the party zone in the north or more historic areas towards the centro. OK walking here by day, careful at night…Room was clean, comfortable enough. Front reception was helpful. Pretty good wifi.

It says that this Hotel has 24/7Frontdesk, but they don't have. They locked the door at 12mn and shut the lights. You have to knock and beg to get it like youre talking to your grandfa. The Hotel is hard to find as the Name outside is not the name posted online when you booked. They should change that, Its confusing for tourist. Room is great. Wifi is great. Can't complain much. You got what you pay. But honestly, theres a better one 25metres away, by 55 Street.

Very good with the exception of the toilet which was constantly getting clogged. Housekeeping was good about dealing with it on a near daily basis, though. Excellent value.

This hotel is located in the hard of chapinero and is near to zona G where you can find excellent restaurants, also it Is very close to carrera 13 which is a very good comercial street if you want to buy colombian brand clothes. In case that you need anything there is a pharmacy near by the hotel that is open 24 hours which is very convenient. They hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offer a very good breakfast and the rooms are clean every day. You can see the supervisor of the hotel every day supervising the hotel and also she is extremely friendly. They offer offer you optional airport shuttle for a fee which i take and strongly recommend because the fee is very reasonable. Also if you want to visit touristic places like Jaime Duque Park, Zipaquira or go to Andres Carne de Res in Chia they offer a taxi driver that will take you to those places wait for you and take you back to the hotel for a very reasonable price. In other words i strongly recommend this hotel anytime. I have personally stayed in this hotel 7 times and I will stay again in my next visit to Bogotá because I do believe they offer good service, quality, breakfast and location for a very good and reasonable price.

Missing smoking policy. Smell from others rooms go
They should enforce smoking policy. Service good as well as breakfast. I will visit again only if they put in place smoking not allowed.

The hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast, and cleanliness were superb. No English speaking staff, which was unfortunate, but should not be a turn off.
