1-Breakfast is pretty bad.
T2-he carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty.
3-the floors in the room are in a very bad shape.
The mattress extremely uncomfortable.
Staff were polite and greeted me whenever i passed. Didnt realize i forgot my camera glasses until the desk agent returned them to me about 20 minuted after getting to my room. Very clean and tidy.
It was OK - the food was good. But I couldn't work at the hotel because the hotel didn't have internet for two days in a row. Very frustrating and very disappointing.
Good sized room, and good location. Only downside was that we were street facing and the walls and windows didn't block much sound. Didn't sleep too well because of all the honking and traffic noise.
Excellent service and good attention to the client. I recommend this hotel.

We had an overall "ok" experience during our stay. While the buffet breakfast lacked variety for longer stays, the staff was friendly and the internet connection was fast and stable. The hotel's location was nice and safe. Although we encountered two small cockroaches, one in our bed and one in the mini bar, the hotel promptly resolved the issue by relocating us to another room on the same floor. While we were disappointed with the new room because it was a bit smaller, we appreciate being able to extend our stay for one more night at the same price we booked on Expedia.
El hotel necesita mejoras pronto, los pisos se estan despegando, la ducha hace un ruido estruendoso, cuesta mucho para que salga el agua caliente y nunca sale totalmente caliente, a veces no hay agua, las toallas son viejas, la cama y las almohadas son comodas y el personal es muy educado.
Siempre trato de quedarme en bogota 100 me siento muy confortable, muy amables buen servicio y el bar excelente seguire con este hotel,gracias al personal.

I booked a Junior Suite room, check in was at 3:00pm but the room was ready at 5:00pm. Also, I was placed in an Executive Queen room, not the Suite for which I paid for.
