Very good hotel

One single bad comment. I had to check out at 4 a.m. and at Front Desk they very kindly promised me that Ithe hotel would prepare for me a light breakfast ( coffee and orange juice) since I would miss the breakfast which was included in the rate. When I left the hotel they did not comply with this promise

Good long term Hotel

Great and helpful staff. Plentiful of taxis out front for easy commute. Lots of meetings room are available and coffee shop in lobby.

Very nice hotel.

Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices and everything's first class. I had a room facing the main street, loud so next time i will ask for an interior room. I have stayed at this chain 3 times. Always excellent.

First off, i was given the worse room in the entire hotel, may be because my reservation. no privacy, I could hear the next room guests talking from the auxiliary door. It was some kind of party in the hotel on Saturday night which lasted until 2 in the morning, which we could not sleep.

Stylish, clean and good service.

Everything was great except getting the wi-fi connection. The lobby Wi-Fi was also so slow that it became irritating. Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast and service. We only stayed overnight so I cannot tell you about the area.

What you pay that is what you get. There is nothing around this hotel, in the middle of no were. Breakfast was good, better than in Hilton.

Good hotel not far from shops and restaurants

Pros: The breakfast is great
Cons: TV size is smaller than expected
Location: Shops, restaurants, and parks
We have patronized this hotel for years, each time we pass by Bogotá. It in not a flashy but a traditional hotel with old charm. The rooms are spacious and always clean and the staff is attentive and professional. Breakfast is included in the room rate and there is a nice, large swimming pool on the 8th floor.
