I have stayed there several times in the past and I have never been dissatisfied. Very friendly staff. Well maintained hotel. Very safe location near the airport. Good quality food. Very clean beds and room.

Nice hotel close to the airport and us embassy

Breakfast was really good and overall the hotel was very pleasant. The shuttle and complementary services were also outstanding.

buena pues el hotel esta muy bien situado

Pros: Su situación, el servido de parqueadero, el desayuno, las habitaciones, la calidez del botones.
Cons: Creo que hay que pedirle al personal mas atención al cliente.
Location: Hay de todo se encuentra todo
La situación del hotel es muy buena. El personal en general es amable, pero hace falta que en algunas áreas la gente este mas pendiente del cliente que de asuntos personales. Quienes atienden en el restaurante en el piso 10 viven encharcas y comentarios muy de ellos y la exención al cliente se descuida un poco.

NICE HOTEL SNEAKY AT FRONT DESK WITH HIDDEN FEES

Cons: BE UPFRONT WITH FEES
NOTHING WORSE THEN THINKING YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL AND CHECKING OUT AND FINDING 30 - 40 DOLLARS OF HIDDEN FEES YUCK YUCK LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH LIKED HOTEL BUT WILL TRY ANOTHER ONE NEXT TIME SORRY HONESTY IS ALWAYS BEST

Cons: The personal and politics because they first told me that I have to pay for the delay by hours after I get to the lobby. They invented another thing.
Location: It was secure
The politics of the hotel was awful. I got late to the check out and treatment was terrible, I hate the counter that day. But the other personal was ok.
