Excellent location and very fine staff

The location near many very good restaurants and shopping centers and related facilities is very remarkable. The staff and personnel are particularly kind and helpful. Transportation by taxi in and out is fairly efficient in comparison with other hotels less optimally located.

Decent value for money

The location is excellent, the staff is very attentive although their English capability is not up to the mark for front desk staff, except for one lady who was good. The breakfast had very limited choice but did include custom eggs.

Nice Hotel , great staff, would stay again.

Pros: The service.
Location: Excellent location in zona rosa. Near everything . walking distance to great restaurants and dhopping centers #3.
Stay for 7 days very good service, location, nearby restaurants. We hired a chauffeur from the Hotel his name is Camilo, very nice young man who took us to almost all the sites. It is much more cheaper than getting tours. and you go on your own pace.

Excellent location and hotel

The room showed in the booking didn't correspondent to the real room, they said because the hotel is in maintenance but they didn't mention at the moment of booking. Overall the room I got was fine, quite small but clean and comfortable.

Birthday Weekend

Pros: Confort and cleanness
Location: The location is too good, right in the middle of the T Zone.
My mom and I spend the weekend in Bogota for her birthday, and our experience in GHL Hotel Hamilton was excellent. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and everything was really confortable. On my mom's birthday, they gave her a small cake to celebrate. We really appreciated their gesture. We will definitely recommend this place, and come back.

Service was exceptional, and staff were friendly. They allowed us to check-in early. Buffet was more than the standard fare. Location was perfect - very near the 2 main malls and it was safe to walk around at night. Only minor inconvenience is that I love having a cold room where I can bury myself in the blankets, and it appears that the air-condition wasn't working (Bogota's weather is cool so it's not a big deal, but would have wanted the ac to work.
