In our opinion - it was ok. We stayed in a suite. They did not changed the sheets at all during our 3 night stay, the bathroom shower wall was full of mold and mildew and we had to pay to self park even though our reservation stated free self parking. It was not until we brought it to the front desk when they stated we did not have to pay for parking- it was day 3.

Jackson works as concierge, front desk, and bellman. He is everywhere and so efficient and professional. His support was the highlight of my experience at the Hilton. He should be the front end manager! Customer service is his priority and it shows.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were very attentive; they were also quite helpful in arranging safe transportation. I like the staff service. they were very attentive. I didn't like that the roof top was closed and there was not any information on the website. Also there was not heat in the room.

Hilton Bogota was fantastic, would definitely stay here again the next time Im in the city. Location was convenient, only a short 10mins drive away to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooftop bar offers great views of Bogota, the restaurant in the main lobby served up great food as well.

Excellent service and the BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET I have ever enjoyed. I had a standard room and even that was well above standard. Beautiful shower. King size bed was comfortable. Yes, I will stay there again. The price is on the high side for Bogota hotels, however, you get what you pay for and again, the breakfast is worth it. Thank you Hilton staff for a wonderful experience.

Excellent stay. Staff is so kind and helpful. They made us feel like superstars. Incredible people, food was fantastic. I hosted an event and thanks to the Hilton team it came out way better than i expected. They helped me with absolutely everything. Very very pleased. Would do it again It would be a shame for them not to get five stars. The only area that could use a bit of upgrading is tge gym, not because of frendliness or Excellent customer service but because some equipment start to show a bit of wear and tear. Please visit Bogota and stay at this hotel, you will not regret it.
