AMAZING!
Absolutely recommend this hotel!! It is so comfortable and modern with great balcony and city views. The restaurant is amazing and the location is in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. Best of all was the service! The front desk people were so friendly and helpful.

Nice service but the restaurante changed its policies and the breakfast is served up to 9 30 AM, so one day I got to the restaurant at 9 30 AM and the waitress was disrespectful and denied to serve the breakfast

Wonderful hotel
Great location for a comfortable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Short cab ride to many sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice room.

Excellent Staff including Nicolas, Ronaldo and Kelly. As well as the cleaning staff. The restaurant was very chick. Diana Marcela was special during our breakfasts. Everyone was very attentive and professional.

Me quede por la ubicacion y fue un acierto! El cuarto era pequeño, la ventana tambien (me quede en la parte de la casa antigua asi es que no puedo hablar del edificio moderno), pero para una noche fue perfecto. El baño enorme.

Unusually Pleasant Hotel
This hotel is unusually pleasant. Being a converted mansion or building is is a place you will remember in a good way. The staff in this hotel is exceptional. I have stayed at 4 other BH properties and the service here is more like a 4.5 star hotel. Bottom line this is a great hotel!

The property is in a nice area of Bogota within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here twice within the space of a week and in both rooms there are two steps down from main area to where the bed is located. You need to be careful, especially at night, though there are 'glow strips' to light your way. All in all, a great place to stay!
