Go somewhere else ...Bogota has better options.

This hotel requires immediate attention to housekeeping and general maintenance. There is a number of items going wrong at this place, from broken glass windows to poor cleaning in the rooms.
Restaurant services aren below average, poor menu and limited items and quality at the breakfast buffet.
Even worse, charges for items we never ordered such as laundry room services supposedly free of charge but later billed at ridiculous prices.
