Total Dissapointment with the brand.

Was staying in Bogota for a week, Arrived at the wrong hotel in the same street, more about that in a few. We finally arrived at the Hotel Dann Norte. Easy check in, very pleasent front staff, Nice Room, great view seemed clean and comfortable. Next day after putting the do not disturb sign on the door, the gentleman who checks your mini bar consume tried to come in. Saw us there and left. Breakfast is decent for a 2 star hotel, which this is not. Our last day there we woke up early to go eat breakfast somewhere else. Came back and then decided to go to the steam room, which is a total joke, but wanted to try it out, its not properly sealed. When we went back up the room my girfriend noticed that some of her makeup was broken and aa pair of gold earings were missing. We notified the front desk and they sent security, They checked the door to access who had been there and who had not been. They stated no one had entredes the room, and that staff dosent go in the room if the do not disturn sign is on th door like we left that day. They said they checked the camara footage and it seemed impossible in 10 minutes they checkd it so fast. Nothing happened obviously they wont tell on their staff. We are checking out and thir manager and head of security were there trying to explain how itwas impossible ect, and they didnt have registered the guy who counts your mini bar daily while you are there on the key log. SO seemed very shady to me. No video as they stated , since theyhavent
