Great hotel, very big rooms more like apartments

The hotel was great, staff was always there for what we need, the room was big, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and 3 bathrooms. I stayed at the hotel section and the apartment section of the hotel, I prefer the hotel section because is much secured, spacious and better.

Nice hotel

This did the second time staying st this wonderful hotel and it is never dissapointing! Great service, amazing rooms (was upgraded from a jr suite to a suite), excellent food. The place is steps away from a nice mall,

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellentirely. We go to Bogota quite often and always stay at the La Fontana Hotel.

The hotel was good, good location, the restaurant service was slow and the food was just ok.

I purchased 3 flowers for Valentines Day and to my surprise I was sent 3x24 roses...Yes, you are reading correctly! I was sent 3 different vases that contained 24 roses. I assumed these flowers were a gift until I called to confirm and they told me they were ordered by me. I tried to get my money back or negotiate and the woman who owned to shop declined. I sought the help of hotel management but apparently the flower shop is a separate entity. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of.

A safe and quiet hotel with clean amenities a lovely breakfast and coffee bar and a fully complete gym

Disappointng

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times and my stays have generally been positive...This time though my experience was well below average as the air conditioning in my room did not work and was never fixed even though I notified the hotel on two different occasions. And, the hotel acknowledged the poor service but did not offer anything in compensation even though I rented a suite, one of their more expensive rooms...
