Good location. Near shops and restaurants.

Pros: The buildings are around a beautiful interior square open to the ski. The location is convenient to shops and places to eat. Nice bed. Very clean.
Nicely furnished, clean, attentive staff. Good Internet service.

Beware Americans

This hotel did a horrible job on everything from house cleaning to adding a 16% tax charge daily for nothing to charging us double what we had already paid via Expedia. We were there w family from Columbia who argued w the staff for over an hour disputing fraudulent charges. They were beyond rude and clueless. They failed to resupply our room w soap and basic toiletries and poured water all over one of the beds. They never re supplied our coffee and our keys failed 5x in 4 days. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go across the street! Way cooler more hip hotel. Don't waste your money or be robbed!

Hotel tæt ved indkøbsmuligheder

Hotellet er et dejligt hotel med en høj standard. Desværre havde vi booket hotellet via nettet, så vi fire måtte dele tre senge. Hotellet ligger tæt ved indkøbscentret Unicentro og tæt ved andre indkøbsmuligheder. Det er interessant at gå en tur i området omkring hotellet.

Pros: Las almohadas y la cama!
Cons: Los baños un poco pasados de moda..
Location: Los restaurantes y la comida el turismo es único

Pros: Very secure Hotel in a country that needs it. Customer service at the front desk, room service, and the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Hotel doesn't offer currency conversion. Bed very uncomfortable/sunken in the middle, Hotel had no record of breakfast purchased at booking.
It was a very secure Hotel in a country that needs it.There were some issues that could be improved. 1) The hotel doesn't offer currency conversion to Colombian currency. This left you on your own to get to an honest exchange store, because not all cabs and businesses take credit cards. 2) The bed was very uncomfortable and sunken in the middle leaving the outer edge of the bed curved up. 3) Hotel data base interface with Expedia needs improvement, because I purchased breakfast with the standard room and when I get to the hotel they had no record of it and not until I insisted and I showed them my own copy of the confirmation page did they honor the breakfast addition that I purchased at the time of booking. So work of advise bring a copy of your confirmation.
