The spanish village setting is absolutely beautiful and charming. Breakfast is diversed and delicious; service personal are proffesional and fast to attend your every need. Location is extremely convenient, close to endless shopping and dinning options within walking distance

The hotel was in an excellent location with a nearby mall and other restaurants. The hotel rooms were not so great since the room temperature was too hot for me to sleep or stay in the room. I was unsure if the thermostat was not functioning properly to monitor the room temperature. The extra rollaway bed takes up too much space in the room and did not get VIP benefits as a member at Expedia. Besides the other services were good. I am unsure about staying here again.

The exterior of the building and the hotel lobby looked nice and up to date. The rooms, however, did not. The suite furniture is outdated and some were missing finishing pieces. The kitchen had a bad sewage smell coming from the sink when the air condition fan was turned off. The kitchen itself was very old and outdated. The shower towels were very old (no longer white but instead had a gray tint), housekeeping never left a wash cloth. After initial housekeeping, we were reduced from 3 towels to 1, no hand towels were given, they left a glass on the nightstand that was clearly dirty, and we ended up having to go to the lobby to request new items as no one was answering the phones (even after waiting 3 minutes while it rang). It was nice that there was an on-site restaurant offering breakfast for free. The food was ok, but the service seemed subpar. They facility was clearing understaffed for the amount of customers. Even though the breakfast was Buffett style, it seemed having only 2 workers filling hot chocolate and coffee for a full restaurant was not enough. If you did not get their attention, they would not come to your table. Overall, the hotel price and being across the street from a larger mall with restaurants and activities were the only things that kept us there. We stayed there because family had told us it used to be a very nice and prestigious hotel, but what I saw did not live up to this.

Friendly staff. Great location. Building facade is beautiful.first floors well maintained. However furniture in the suite look worn out, bathroom door hinges were falling, toilet and zinc water was yellow. Staff didn't warned us about city water issues. For the last three of our six days stay, there were flies in the bathroom from unknown origen. Luggage caddie was broken too.

Well the only complaint that I have is with the maintenance HVAC people. I called multiple times at reception area because the room was hot and the A/C doesn’t work properly. I NEVER SEE anybody come to the room to fix it. That’s my only complaint that I have and for that reason I can’t give the 5 stars.

I do not like to share negative experience; the hotel was full of wedding and all kind events. Front desk is busy over crowed they do not speak English or understand your necessity. I sent a cloth to a laundry service and missing tops; I did not secure a watch and is missing. the security manager informed we check camaras and is your fault because you do no use security box. Overall check in another hotel.

Habitación necesita mejor colchón y almohadas, hay descuido en el baño con salidero, lo reporte en 3 ocasiones , alfinall fueron y realizsron la reparación, no hay coordinación entre el lobby y los departamentos de ama de llaves y mantenimientos. En el restaurante italiano sirvieron la cena fria despues de esperar 45 minutos

I love the whole setting i was there 35 years ago for a sweet 16th and as i came back to my country after 18( years) i wanted to shared part of my life with my wife ( Mexican) and doughtier ( USA) and they were really impressed, thank you guys for providing us a wonderful stay in Bogota, will see you soon as i have some business pending there
