Bad hotel far from everything

Very expensive, very noisy, Roman pretty simple with bad quality beds and decoration. Not good at all. Although in a good neighborhood it's far away from everything. You'll find better hotels and muchas expensive in better zones of Bogotá like zona t, and downtown area.

Everything was perfect. The only thing do not expect a great wine as à VIP gift!!!

Nice, large rooms

We stayed for only one night whilst en route to another location. Having stayed at numerous hotels in Bogota, I found lodging to be comfortable, staff to be welcoming and helpful, and the price is right! Good location and nice on-site restaurant, too. Our only complaints were (1) no coffee in the rooms (a big problem for those of us who expect it - and this is Colombia, after all!) and (2) curious noise from the bathroom fan (not such a big problem in that it sounded like rainfall, but still somewhat unsettling). I would request them to resolve (1) before I would stay there again, but acknowledge this is a personal foible.

Very relaxing stay in a fantastic area

Location: Parque 93 is an absolutely amazing area to be in. Good restaurants, cafes, and bars. Cultural events and various activities throughout the week.
Wonderful service from the minute upon arrival. Room was spacious, clean and modern. All amenities were provided for plus some. Breakfast was okay, but again, service was great. Bedding was superb. It felt lik sleeping on a cloud.

The Good...The Bad...and...The Ugly

Location: Good location. Close to Parque 93. But poor locale to catch a cab.
Facilities in good condition. Room reasonbly comfortable. Services very uneven to extremely poor. If you stay here, order room service, because the dining room staff is poorly equipped to handle even a dinner night with only two tables seated. Room service may be a bit more, but it is consistent and quick. The dining room is inconsistent, slow and unprofessional. On the two table night, I received the wrong dish. The reason given: "We got our orders mixed up." Two tables...orders mixed up. How much attention to detail can we be discussing? Then there is the room cleaning staff. They knock once lightly on the door and let themselves in...no phone call to see iif room service is required. No loud knocking...just tap and enter. Very unprofessional. Going out for a night on the town. Forget about it...at least if you are counting on hotel taxi staff to take you anywhere. The drivers appear to work on a whim, with no consistent comitment to the hotel. Most nights..beyond 7:00 PM, you are on your own. Have the front desk call a random yellow taxi. Perhaps most aggrevating...I understand hotel security, but this felt more like a prison than a hotel. My girlfriend was grilled evry night when she walked into the place. Then I was charged a nightly rate for her stay, even though I specifically asked at reservation, if any additional charges accrued for a local area guest stay. The best for last...they try to hit you up for some unexplicable "insurance" charge as you leave the hotel.
