Es un elegante hotel y el servicio es bueno. La atención es buena y si pueden reservar pidan habitaciones con vista a la calle.

Cozy hotel in a convenient locations.

Pros: The location, environment and staff are great. If I have to go back to Bogota for sure I will consider staying again in it.
Cons: No complains.
Location: 93 is a great area to stay in Bogota
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only issue I found is that my room was a little small but comfortable. Since we use it only for sleep it totally fit our need.

Roach motel, stay away...

After 5 minutes in the room I realized that it was infested with roaches. I tried to rebook but so far the hotel has done nothing to rectify the roach situation, they could not offer another room. I brought a dead roach to the front desk to show them. This hotel has turned my travels into a complete nightmare.

Zero servicio, personal sin entrenamiento, zero re

Buen dia Tatiana, Para darles una retroalimentación y una solicitud. La cita para el salón estaba avisado para las 8:30, llegue a la recepción 5 para las 8:00 y queria ir a conectar y probar la computadora y no se podia entrar porque el salón no estaba limpio, me pidieron 10 mins para limpear el area y poder entrar, pues no estaba listo. Los refrigerios llegaron mas menos 8:20, llegaron las visitas y no habia revolvedor para el cafè. Arranque la reunion 8:30, y eso de las 9:00 empezó una música tipo discoteca en plena reunión de negocios y no paro, nunca. Terminamos la reunion con la musica de discoteca de fondo, algo de una prueba de sonido. Por ello les solicito algun descuento para compensar la incomodidad, ya que no es correcto que sabiendo que hay una reunion de negocios, procedan con una prueba de una hora de musica a todo dar. Para brindarles mas información, anoche que llegamos tuvimos que esperar por ahi 30 mins para que nos pudieran hacer el registro y nosotros sin los abrigos y la puerta principal abierta a todo paño. Anoche pedimos una botella de agua que iban a llevar a la habitación y nunca llegó. Esta mañana sentado esperando a ver si ofrecian cafè, esperando unos 5 mins para que sacaran un cafè. Pros: The room was clean and in good condition.
Cons: Treatment of guests and accurate advertisement and information.
The staff was not friendly and we were not treated as paying customers should be. As soon as we arrived, we were told that it was possible to check in before 3pm at a certain time, but when we returned at that time the staff moved it to a later time in an attempt to have us pay extra to check in early, knowing there were rooms available. They did this two times. While waiting in the lobby, there were refreshments that no one had even told us about and we had to ask if they were for guests before we poured ourselves a glass of water. They also advertised a certain cost for a shuttle to and from the airport, which they changed when we called in to check the price, and changed again when naming the price in person upon our arrival. I'm also confused about how this could be rated a four-star hotel when they dont even have room service. We called the main desk to confirm the night we wanted a drink, and all they said they had was Coca-Cola, orange juice, and a ham and cheese sandwich . . . (none of which was advertised to us). Overall, seems like a sketchy hotel and horrible customer service.

Only ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym is not great at all. I can't speak to the food because I didn't eat there. Rooms are nice, great layout. Walls are thin and I was woken 3 of the 4 nights I stayed.
