The staff was not friendly and we were not treated as paying customers should be. As soon as we arrived, we were told that it was possible to check in before 3pm at a certain time, but when we returned at that time the staff moved it to a later time in an attempt to have us pay extra to check in early, knowing there were rooms available. They did this two times. While waiting in the lobby, there were refreshments that no one had even told us about and we had to ask if they were for guests before we poured ourselves a glass of water. They also advertised a certain cost for a shuttle to and from the airport, which they changed when we called in to check the price, and changed again when naming the price in person upon our arrival. I'm also confused about how this could be rated a four-star hotel when they dont even have room service. We called the main desk to confirm the night we wanted a drink, and all they said they had was Coca-Cola, orange juice, and a ham and cheese sandwich . . . (none of which was advertised to us). Overall, seems like a sketchy hotel and horrible customer service.
