Bogota Hotel Rooms at the Independent

At first we were so happy with how easy it was to find the hotel shuttle, they had signs with our name and made sure we found it. The hotel was super close and had great big gates which really made us feel safe. Then once we got to the hotel the front desk were okay they didn't speak much English ...

no central heater in the room, only small heater was provided, and the extra charge of $6o.00 for guest. but overall was OK.

Al good, except interruptions with the internet and the desk accessory is not available. Missing power outlets around the rooms. Overall it was good to be there. Oh! Room service: Fast!

It took me 50 minutes from the moment I arrived to airport shuttle stop to hotel. Check-in was quick and staff very cordial. Room is just a regular one.

The staff are very helpful , location is good has several markets near also its near park 93 where there are lots of restaurants. good price wouldn pay more . The only thing is that rooms are starting to deteriorate a little but its fine . Beds are comfortable and pillows too. Very clean

Hotel dont have a heater or a/c on my room service is very good overall . they have constructions on the area so in the morning and during the day is kinda loud couldn't sleep that well.

The location was fairly central easy to reach lots of the sites . The staff were all friendly and helpful , one in particular went out of his way and assisted with whatever you requested . The breakfast selection was very good . Overall excellent value for money
