I gave three stars as this hotel being a 5 star hotel lack certain things that other hotels I’ve been in bogota 3 and 4 star have , like : they have free water for guests , they have sleepers , the breakfast is to be desired , we went down at 8am and there were no fruits and no bread

Terrible experience...
Terrible hotel with rude front desk. We were turned away upon arrival after pre-paying for our stay through Hotels.com. The entire experience was a disaster. I'm not going to waste additional energy here explaining everything that made the experience terrible -- if you want to experience it for yourself then book your stay there.

El motivo por el cual no se le permitió el ingreso al hotel fue por la falta de documentación que el señor no presento en la recepción, ya sea un pasaporte, cédula de extranjería o documento de permanecía en el país y/o a su vez el sello de migración, estos documentos son vitales para el registro de los extrajeron en el hotel y mas si la reserva incluye un menor de edad el cual tampoco estaba con sus respectivos documentos y permisos de autorización por parte de los padres.Esperamos que pronto nos de la oportunidad de ofrecerles el mejor servicio por el cual nos caracterizamos.Cordialmente,Equipo Morrison 114

La Pesadilla de Bogotá: Morrison 114 En Morrison 114 en Bogotá, tuve una experiencia de hotel muy desfavorable. Hubo numerosos problemas técnicos, incluyendo un televisor defectuoso que requirió cambios de habitación. El ruido constante en mi tercera habitación subrayó una clara falta de atención al confort del huésped. Mi solicitud de ayuda fue respondida con respuestas poco claras y la sugerencia de una mejora de habitación que incurriría en costos adicionales. Las interacciones con el personal no fueron profesionales. Las condiciones de la habitación fueron inadecuadas, con presencia de insectos y ropa de cama sucia. Tras solicitar una solución, pasé varias horas esperando una respuesta que nunca llegó. Cuando pedí un reembolso por las noches restantes, se me aseguró que seguiría la intervención de una plataforma de reserva en línea. Lamentablemente, ese reembolso aún no se ha materializado. Mi experiencia en Morrison 114 no fue satisfactoria. Las condiciones de la habitación y el trato recibido no estuvieron a la altura de lo que se esperaría en el sector de la hospitalidad. Recomendaría considerar otras opciones de alojamiento en Bogotá.

Bogota's Morrison 114: A Nightmarish Experience During my stay at Morrison 114 in Bogota, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The first was a malfunctioning TV that necessitated multiple room changes. The third room, although free from TV problems, suffered from a disturbing noise that was not addressed despite my complaints. The hotel staff's response to my issues was unsatisfactory. A suggestion was made for a room upgrade, which would have incurred an additional cost. Unfortunately, the interactions with the staff were less than professional. The room conditions were subpar, with unclean linens and presence of a pest. I spent a considerable amount of time waiting for a resolution that never came. Upon requesting a refund for the remaining nights, I was told to coordinate with Expedia. However, a week later, despite persistent follow-ups by Expedia, the refund was not granted. I would advise potential visitors to consider other accommodation options in Bogota. The level of service and the quality of the rooms at Morrison 114 did not meet the standards one might expect in the hospitality industry.

Morrison 114, Bogota: A Tale of Unhygienic Conditions and Dreadful Food The abhorrent cleanliness standards at Morrison 114 in Bogota are a horrifying affront to basic hospitality. Uninvited guests like cockroaches, dirty linens, and grimy towels were a routine part of my stay. The blatant negligence demonstrated through these appalling conditions was a stark contrast to the polished online pictures. The culinary disaster named 'breakfast' at Morrison 114 was equally distressing. The lack of freshness and variety seemed a deliberate disregard for gastronomic decency. Consuming it resulted in not just an unpleasant experience, but an unexpected bout of sickness. The food quality was clearly subpar, a blatant risk to guests' health. The horrendous experience at Morrison 114 left a permanent mark. It is a glaring testament to their blatant lack of concern for guest welfare and their utter disregard for cleanliness and decent food standards. For those who value their health and comfort, steer clear of this hotel.

Very misleading rating
Doing work all through the night on the property next door which kept me up. They at first gave me a quiet room but did little to maintain in - the AC vents were clogged full of debris that kept coming out and there were no working windows. Then after they fixed it had the audacity to turn me out and deny my package so I was left chasing it around ten city. If you want peace and harmony, I would not stay here at all.

Horrific betrayal.of guest's trust
This horrific passive aggressive management company is the worst aspect of an otherwise ideal, centrally located property. There are mites falling from every part of the facility due to horrible (zero besides the entry area where fumes come in) ventilation -ironicalky situated near a park. The stay started oof promising but got only 10x worse as they ignore solo travellers for couple and defer to large groups in exclusion of all else. tipoed generously as that is my waym Usually I also compliment staff that perform well. Only two people in this property were noteworthy in service ethic. And I am sparing the embarrassingly unforgivable incidents relating to noise, direct guest harassment and rudeness bordering on hostility (multiple interrupted conversations with front desk staff by managers and reports) and lack of proper patrolling the halls and grounds, not to mention the shortness in general in order to at least to compliment Andres in the breakfast service and above all Emilio the star of the show, without whom this debacle would have long ago collapsed. iMO, all the management should be fired immediately besides for Claudia the Housekeeping Manager. The full version of this review will be on Google where it belongs. I'm going to go be sick again now just remembering this place with. no windows and filthy vents.

The only thing I didn’t line about this hotel is the check in process. The system seems to be outdated and it’s very slow. It seems there’s a lack of communication between the staff members and no notes regarding rates or special requests are being recorded. There are 2 or 3 employees at the front desk but only one has access to the computer for check ins. Very slow and frustrating when there’s a large group checking in at the same time.

Do not waste your money here. Downstairs looks ok, Rooms look like a hostel. Bathroom is so simple and the bed with two people you feel like you are falling if you don't stay in the middle. Breakfast was so poor. the Arepa was old you can tell since it was as hard as a stone. The AC is dirty, the first night and I already has allergies and my throat hurts. The Staff is nice.

Place is safe and in walking distance of restaurants,drugstores and always easy to get transportation.Perfect placement. Needs a bell boy to be attent when people arrive to help at once with luggage. And the restaurant greek was definatly not my thing.

We arrived and one section of the hotel didn’t have running water. We got assigned rooms in the section that did but the rooms were smaller than we paid for and there was no elevator to get to them. At the end we talked to the manager and changed hotels. Terrible property. Don’t stay here.

Excellent option in a very good and quiet neighborhood, the rooms are warm, the staff is amazing and the hotel transport driver Luis is the best!! The only thing they have to think about, is to put a capsules coffee maker with normal/decaf and tea capsules, also a courtesy water bottle could be great. 4,5 ⭐️
