Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive. The location felt safe, the room was clean, and the shower was enjoyable. However, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work, and the windows were difficult to open and close. Additionally, although the hotel advertised spa services, it was challenging to arrange as they used a third-party company that didn't respond in time for our departure.

Me gusto mucho la ubicasion del hotel. a 2 min caminando al parque de la 93. fue la mejor deciaion quedarme en ese hotel por au ubicasion y limpieza. Hay mas de 30 restaurantes cercas a menos de 10 min caminando y super ricos. mu gusto mucho ese hotel

Hotel demasiado costoso para lo que es. Casi 20 mins para completar el proceso de check in. Estan remodelado las habitaciones pero el hotel sigue con una imagen vieja.
El parqueadero demasiado estrecho y estaba lleno de todos los materiales de la renovación. Realmente no amerita el precio que tiene, excepto por la bien ubicado que se encuentra.

Good but no so good.
Super well located hotel, comfortable bed, no AC, need some serious cosmetics, sofa with multiple stains, closet doors dirty, hair on the floor, TV not working properly. Staff was great, bathroom was good. Very different experience from NH WTC.

The staff is fantastic, great breakfast. The rooms are outdated and need improvement. The beds are really hard and the windows don’t close properly causing street noise to enter the room.
The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and med me feel well taken care off.

Very noisy room (second floor). Bathroom accessories (soap holders, toilet paper holder, wall mirror) needed some adjusting. Cleaning lady left a plate with leftovers for two days over the desk, even though she clean the room. I had to call reception for someone to pick it up. No extra toilet paper left at room. Had to call to request one.

I was pleasantly surprised with NH. The rooms were both spacious and modern with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in an excellent location next to Park 93. A minor complaint is that I was charged for an overpriced bottle of water sitting next to the bed which I thought was complimentary since it was on the opposite side of the minibar area. I would certainly consider staying here next time in the area.
