Property was amazing and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I had a suite which was fantastic with a beautiful view. Front desk staff and the door guys took good care and service to make sure my stay was perfect. I will be back in March to stay in another suite for sure!! Thanks NH WTC!!

Check in :poor service , poor staff Cleanness: very dirty room I had to require a cleaning because the bathroom was disgusting Room : yellow sheets, old towels, cleanness and a Blow dryer melted literally melted , very dangerous to use it. Very quiet they have nice unsound windows! Service : the manager was nice and apologized about my experience with the checking and sent me a cheese plate, then I thanked and asked them to keep it for later , the girl took it out and she never took it back. So funny a courtesy that was taken out from me! What a manners! Food : the prices are insane but you can find really nice places around where you can find good restaurants Area : nice area but Bogota isn’t a friendly city everywhere is a mess.

We arrived late and reserved a two queen bed room, however, they didn't have the two bed room available and instead they gave us a one king and roll-up bed. although a solution was found, we din't like to have this issue, so be aware that if you want a two bed you need to notify the hotel beforehand.

i liked the location some staff friendly, some shows discrimination. late night parties going on with loud music most of the nights which was disturbing. i booked this hotel for 7 nights and we never had the room access card/key, they said their security key system having issues. everyday they put couple of water bottles/beer/sodas/choclates etc which we never requested or used and they charged for everything when we checked out. so be careful when you see their complementary drinks/chocolates etc.

We had an average stay. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Suite is really comfortable. However, the air conditioner stays at 70-74F. One of the days the room was really hot and they only said that the temperature doesn’t go below that. Other day we called front desk to ask for forks and they said they will leave it in the front door but they never got to the room. The hotel is in a business area so there are just a few stores and restaurants open during the weekend. Transportation is needed to go everywhere but Uber is so affordable that it was not an issue.

Customer service was great. However policies are ridiculous; my sister met me at the hotel, however I got charged $20 just to let her pass TO THE LOBBY, she didn't even stayed at my room. Also, you need to wait MANY minutes to have hot water in the shower. I fell in love with NH Collection in Europe but this location feels more like a 2.5 stars hotel.

The suite that I purchased was not available and they refused to give me an upgrade or a refund. Instead i got a down graded room for the same cost as the suite

Mr. Caylan, Unfurtunally the room you booked had an mantinience issue that didnt alow us to use it because your safty is firts.I wasnt possible to gave a room uo grade cause our biggest room is the Suite the one that you already booked but instead I offered the buffet breakfast as a cortesy for the inconvienice I hope youve enjoy it. Staff really rude, receptionist all the time in the bad mood. To many walk-in they just wanted to fill the rooms instead of looking for the safety of the guests They accept people walking and they fill like 6 people in the same room . Staff really rude and a lack of service and kindness They look like they hate their jobs

Dear Mrs Juliet.I wanted to apologize for the bad feelings you had when visiting the hotel I run, the NH Collcetion Royal WTC Bogota. I would like to know on what dates you visit us, because really in the last few weeks we have been at 100% for several days, which prevented us from taking walkin. I also find strange the theme that names 6 people in the room. Our maximum capacity is 3 people, or even up to 2 adults or 2 children if they are small, but never 6. If you remember in which room number this happened, I would appreciate it if you could inform me so that I can check and take the corresponding measures. Normally the complaint that we usually receive is precisely for not accepting more than 3 people in a room, and we are very aware of the size of them, being us the ones who set the limit of no more than 3 people.Sincerely Hotel Manager
