Great business hotel

AR Radisson is a confortable and well located hotel in Bogotá. Close to the airport, to a great shopping center and dining and two major streets to reach downtown. Traffic is the lowest point of this beautiful and welcoming city thus allow plenty of time in between appointments.

Hot water takes long to come out

When you shower, the hot water takes about 15 to 20 minutes to come out

I advice you to use Bogota Royal if you wan excellent service and Our group experienced that hot water takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get hot water. the hot water comes out immediately.

Great stay...minor glitch at reception

Everything about the hotel is positive, its a clean and well maintained facility close to shopping and easy to get around. The taxi service tat the hotel provides ( the white taxis) might cost a little more but are worth the service and friendliness as well as the flexibility of the drivers to come and get you according to your schedule. I would have love to give it 5 stars, the only reason I can't is the front desk service at my arrival, I hope it was a one off, but the girl helping me that day was very curt, I will have to say borderline rude, looks like I was wasting her time and doing me a favor for staying there. this was the only glitch on an otherwise great experience. I would recommend staying there, but I also think management should take into account the staff's attitude at all times, we can't ak be perfect at all times, but we can never be rude no matter who it is. Once again everyone else, and everything else about this place is worth the money and time. I will consider staying here again and hope that the service glitch was a one off.

Hotel que conozco bien (antes se llamaba AR Salitre) y que nunca ha corregido sus pricipales deficiencias. Las cuales son su debil presion e insignificante caudal de la ducha y los cojines de las camas.

Decepcionado de la actitud de la gente de recepcio

Muy Mal, La gente de recepción específicamente la Srita. Helena ( 24-04-2016 6am) al hacer mi check out, tuvo una actitud de desprecio hacia mi persona, amablemente le pedi el desgloce de los gastos extras que tuve y fue un momento muy desagradable, como si estuviera haciéndome un favor y con muecas en la cara. Fui directamente a ver como era el hotel, para concertar una conferencia en sus instalaciones con todos mis clientes, pero ya vi que no tienen el servicio que se merece la gente. Gracias

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel og god restaurant. Super afhentning i lufthavnen. Eneste minus er at den levende musik i lobbyen er meget høj og er meget generende når man spiser i restauranten.
