This place is sinking like a rock in the minds of travelors. The problem is the hotel suffers from the Rolo attitude that it isn't necessary to actually do what you say you will do as long as you say you will do it, after the false promise has been made their view is that they have "done their best" and any resultant displeasure is entirely the fault of the other side. Things as simple as insufficient towels, no tools in the kitchenette suites, no hangars, period, partial replenishment of consumables, and effective refusal to replace batteries on remote controls are all "part of the package". My guess is the manager is in way over his or her head/ suffers from the same bloody-minded Rolo mentality. The complete opposite attitude is found at the Tequendama Hotel where they have chosen to operate it as a real hotel with customer service as an aim.. Based on what people I spoke to at Tequndama Hotel said they would return. I can not same the same for Tequendama Suites, - it is just plain irritating to stay there!
