Hampton with extreme hard beds

Staff was great, the breakfast was bad, the room had the hardest bed I have ever hand . The maids came at 7 even when the sign said do not disturb. Perhaps she could not read English .

Close to shopping, sightseeing and eating. Everything within walking distance.

Friendly staff. Warm cookies, Close to airport.

Pros: The warm cookies and friendly staff!
Cons: You could make it free! :)
Location: Close to airport. Quick drive to downtown Boise. Lots to do there!
It was very convenient to the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Hampton Inn made the final day of our vacation very pleasant!

Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice there was a discount at the nearby restaurant for staying at the hotel.

Unexplained mystery $50 charge two days after stay.

Your 50.00 Authorization was for incidentals. If you did not use them for sweet shop or to purchase other items. It will return to your card in 5-7 days. If it does not show on your bank statement please feel free to call the hotel or e mail me.

Don't stay at this location.

I would say the beds are not queen size. They were not comfortable like the other Hampton beds and there wasn't a couch. We had one chair and one desk chair for a a family of 4. Very unhappy with the room. Staff did what they could to accommodate which was appreciated.

I am so sorry that you did not like our beds. In a two queen rooms there is just a chair. If you choose an executive king it has the pull out couch. Beautiful facility and Great staff

Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast with lots of variety and fresh fruit. We will be booking rooms again. :-)
