Close to hospital

Posted Oct 13, 2017
I wrote an earlier review I was upset but dealt with it. I was unhappy with Tony and his customer service. The next morning I spoke with Daun and she was able to turn my 2 rating of this motel into an 8. Nice job Daun!

Currently under renovation

Posted Oct 6, 2017
Will be beautiful when renovation is done. Our room was missing furniture (no couch or lamps in sitting area... only end and coffee tables. No grab bar in shower yet and tub was slippery. Missing hair dryer. Pillows were all the same (large and hard) ... but Honestly... we think this will be a fantastic place to stop again once work is all done.

Major remodel underway.

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: New rooms
Cons: At very least reduce prices during the remodel. Construction materials and equipment made parking very limited.
Location: Nice location.
New rooms are fine but the hotel overall is in the midst of a major remodel - so it is a construction zone.

Nice stay

Posted Sep 28, 2017
Pros: The look of the lobby. It is going to be beautiful when it is finished.
Enjoyed our stay at Red Lion. Even with the remodeling going on it was quiet, although we were there on a weekend.

under reconstruction

Posted Sep 28, 2017
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: location okay
First they sold to Red Lion from Shilo so it was hard to find. Then the new clerk booked us into someone else's room. Everything was dirty and disruptive because of the reconstruction. In all we did not enjoy our stay.

Will be nice next year, probably

Posted Sep 18, 2017
Obmoxious construction noise on exterior went on past 7 PM on a Saturday night. The entire hotel is a construction zone. The pool was closed due to construction. The staff is nice and dealing with an impossible situation. The room is going to be very nice when done, but wasn't quite finished when we stayed. The breakfast was adequate.

So long, Shiloh!

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Can't wait for the remodel to be completed. Room was clean and quiet, despite its location between a truck stop and the freeway. All I can ask for while driving cross-country. Did I mention they're also pet-friendly?

The place is a mess!

Posted Sep 3, 2017
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The only way to improve this mess, would be to tear it down.
Location: Good location
The place, albeit under remodel. Is a dump. Poor furniture, ancient tvs, leaky plumbing, missing carpeting just to mention a few faults.

Overpriced and being renovated...

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Booked the hotel using Expedia, no mention of the hotel going through renovation. Honestly, I don't really care...but $100? I stayed in a room that was going to be completely demolished. Really just took advantage of people, it was a $50 hotel room, tops...
