Pros: This hotel was a very good value at the price; staff were excellent, clean and comfortable and very convenient to the Boise airport

This hotel was a very good value at the price; staff were excellent, clean and comfortable and very convenient to the Boise airport. The breakfast was good for $3.99; eggs bacon, waffles, cereal fruit and all the coffee/tea you want. I had a slight issue that was responded to quickly and remedied. Very pleased.

An older hotel

This is an older hotel. Rooms are decent and we'll appointed. If your price conscious it's a great value. If you have kids it's a neat place as their pool has big giant projector they play kids shows on.

Close to airport

Pros: Airport proximity.
Cons: Fresh clean smelling towels and a better breakfast.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable, room was clean, but the towels stunk like curry. Breakfast was OK, nothing special at the restaurant. Would be nice if they offered a free continental breakfast like other hotels. The airport shuttle was great and on time.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. They had a nice breakfast served by friendly people. No problems with check in and check out. Good value for the price.

I stay at the Wyndham because it is close to the freeway and close to where I work. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

bed bugs

Cons: cleanliness!
Location: close access to freeway and various places to eat within a few miles
We arrived there around 8:30pm with my kids who wanted to go straight to the pool, so we dropped our bags off and quickly changed. I did not do my typical inspection of the room till upon arrival, as I should have. But did notice that the smoke alarm was beeping for low battery, so I made sure to tell the front desk before heading to pool. The Pool was fun, hot tub and pool were clean. Kids had a great time. I wish they had towels in the pool area rather than having to run to front desk for towels but I sent my husband on that errand. Once we got back to the room and started showers and changing in to night clothes I noticed the soaps and shampoos were missing and then my 12 yr old daughter calls to me from the side of one of the beds and says "ewww whats that!" a bed bug was crawling on the sheets! I quickly grabbed all our luggage and my husband grabbed the bug in a tissue and went to front to notify them and get a new room asap.. when he got back he said that they didn't seem surprised at all about the bed bugs and they almost didn't give us a new room because they had overbooked but she spoke to someone in the back and they moved us to another floor. I was hesitant to even stay in that hotel at all but at this point it was close to 11 pm we were still in our swimsuits and we had to be up in a few hours to continue our trip. The second room was completely stocked and I checked both beds seemed clear of bugs we kept luggage in the bathroom just in case!
