Pros: Good for kids
Cons: Parking
Location: Good location off freeway
Played in the indoor pool. Ideal for families with kids.

Great room but will not recommended

I was very pleased with the room conditions and the cleaningness of it. I thought the pool look amazing but, never got a chance to swim. I however was very very unpleased on some staff. My sisters had come into town for the weekend because of my mother was in the hospital. We stayed in a hotel due to I didnt have room at my place. We had been up almost all night going back and forth from the hospital until my mother pasted away. Being exhusted, we ended up sleeping in. My sister waking up from the housekeeper banging on the door and pulling it in and out as the DND sign was still on. I understand checkout was at eleven and I was just getting out of the shower, my boyfriend walked out of the room to go and extend our stay and the housekeeper proceeded to tell us to get out and saying quote"nah ah" when saying we were gonna stay again. I was so beyond upset that we were addressed like that. Speaking to the front desk who was beyond professional about it I informed we are not extending our stay and we went to the boise hotel witch unfortunately was not as great quality as wanted. for a palce that is suppost to be welcoming and comfortable, it seemed to just add onto the emotional stress we already are under. I would not recommend this hotel for the fact that it did not feel like they cared about the guests and the reasons why we might be there.

Not worth the money

While the price is low, so is the quality and cleanliness. Don’t be fooled by the Wyndham nam, like I was.

OK for the price

Pros: The price and location to airport/freeway.
Cons: Cleaner rooms!
The hotel is the old Holidome that I stayed at 30+ years ago. Location is fine and price was good. However, it is an older hotel that ha been refurbished. Beds were comfortable. What I didn't like is the lack of cleanliness and broken drain plug in the sink. There was mold along edges in the tub/shower and it looked like 30+ years of gunk on the air vents. The price was good though.

Short visit, nice stay.

everything was convenient from the shuttle to and from, to breakfast and dinner, exercise room and pool room for a short visit it was perfect. Would highly recommend it. Front desk staff can be a little more friendlier, otherwise, it was great.

No shower curtain, not enough towels

I would not stay again. We had 2 towels for 4 people, they didn't have anymore. No shower curtain so we request 1. We get back still not one. The room was by the pool and very humid inside. My little boy woke up very sick.

Pros: All you would hope for...clean, quiet, comfortable and great location.
Cons: Totally satisfactory for my requirements.
Location: Great.

Bad room and bad location

We stopped here on our way from Yellowstone to Oregon. What a dump. When we pulled up to hotel parking there was a group of guys drinking and hanging out near dumpsters outside, at midnight on a Wednesday. Room was humid, smelly and dirty. Phone did not work. Had to walk down to front desk to request clean bedding. Sheets had stains. No elevator. No WiFi. Mold in shower.
