After having been here and reading all other reviews, i think this hotel shouldn't even be offered as an option on Expedia it was absolutely horrible in every way. The service was bad the room was disgusting, and in horrific disrepair. Sticky carpet, holes in the wall and ceiling, missing lightbulbs and or the fixtures didn't work, moldy bathroom, and on top of the the porcelain soap holder in the bath was broken leaving a razor sharp edge that could cut someone severely. don't stay here!

Suspicious peope hanging around outside Person at desk didn't know how to check people in "System down" when asked for receipt

the place is a little worn and outdated-- as far as maintenance-- the water in the bath sink barely came out-- easy fix would be to pull the faucet screen and clean it--- the grout in the tile of the shower was not clean -- built up scum and while walking on the carpet you can feel the grime..... the location was good

They didn’t have a pool on the property as described on Expedia.com. The pool we had access to was the neighboring hotel. It’s false advertising. The overall building we stayed in was super outdated and messy. The first room we were given was dirty. We had to ask for a new room. The new room had a HORRIBLE bed . The bed had a huge dip my 8yr could lay in perfectly. The shower had dispensers for shampoo and soap that weren’t filled. The area we stayed in was safe.

I liked having a convenience store so close. I did not like how dirty and run down the property was. I did not like advertised cable TV that did not work.

First off Expedia - the pictures of this place is not current. It’s run down and dirty from the outside to the inside. The front desk clerk was unfriendly & not helpful. The room should be demolished actually the whole hotel should be shutdown. The room itself was filthy, dirt on the walls, wallpaper was ripped off in certain places. There wasn’t even outlet covers on the outlets!! Seriously?! The bathroom, my God was nasty hair in the shower, grout was dirty- lint was on the light switch and fan. Just gross. If my car wasn’t packed it would’ve been cleaner to sleep in. The next day the same front desk clerk was rude, said nothing to us as we left. Don’t give a three star hotel to a sub-par below star hotel. I’d ask for my money back if I could.
