A very bad experience for me and my family. The staff wanted more money, the doors were not locked and the room was dirty and had a bad smell, the bed had food under the cover but it was made up. The only good thing was the view of the mountains... Disappointed

You get what you pay for at this motel. It's run down, in a sketchy area with questionable people living in it and around it. Staff is not friendly and openly talk about guests in their language.

The first picture for this hotel is a lovely pool, there is no pool. The front desk person was not at the desk and when I called they came out of a filthy room full of people. The external doors don’t have locks and they don’t hear the common areas of the hotel. This room is ok, the place is pretty nasty.

When you find a decent budget hotel chain, so you use it for like 8 years, whenever you can find one. Then they start contracting other hotels, to use their name. I get it, its a money thing. This place, it was noisy. loud music till past midnight, the place itself kindly reminded me of a halfway house. I got in my room, the bed comforter felt dirty, sticky, grimy, just nasty. So i took it off and threw it on the floor. The sheets didnt feel much better. Within 5 minutes, i was trying to write a review, but wouldnt let me, since my stay wasnt completed yet. If it wasnt for me being so tired, since i work in the transportation industry, i would of been fighting for a refund and finding a different hotel. Then the music started, the loud neighbors got going. I didn't get fall asleep for a couple hours anyway. So i would of been better off leaving. This is one of a few hotels i will/would avoid at all costs. The 2nd Americas best value inn i didnt like. Like i said, ive been using this brand for years, with no issues. But these contract hotels are fiving them a bad name.

I would fire my Head house keeper if i worked this hotel. There is a sign outside that said no smoking within 20ft. Yet the guy was right next to the door... And the clerk was to busy on her phone to care. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

Seemed like it might be a decent deal but the rooms are just filthy. To the point it’s obvious they do not get cleaned. Hair all over the showers trash on the side of the night stands just zero effort put into cleaning them for a new guest.

I booked through Expedia, property unseen. When I arrived there was what appeared to be a bunch of druggies in the parking lot. Walked passed needles on the sidewalk. I had a bad vibe but needed a room for the night proceeded to check in front desk agent was on his phone with headphones on took forever for him to acknowledge me got all check in went into room smelt of cigarettes horribly. Upon entering the room there was beer in the fridge burn holes and blood stains on the sheets and blankets a dirty diaper on the floor next to the bed. Dried blood on the floor along with tons of crumbs and rat droppings. Nothing had been wiped down or cleaned still had pee in toilet from previous people. I immediately went back to the front desk to get my deposit and drove an hour to another town to stay in a more sanitary and safe inviroment.

Poor room but comfortable bed. It was priced low.
This hotel was rated 4.5 and said that was fair. I would rate it lower than that. The bed was comfortable. The room was pretty stark with no carpet. The room was probably cleaned but the corners of the bathroom were dirty. The bathroom door was splintering and had been painted over.

Well its cheap... and if you are like me traveling on a budget you just have to make the best of a bad situation. The room had bugs and there were other people complaining about bugs when i checked in at the front desk. So it goes... If you need a place to stay and dont have much money go for it, if you can afford somewhere better go for it

Horribly dirty
The service and cleanliness was horrible. There were cigarette ashes on our beds ( Jon smoking room)broken tv, sink wouldn’t drain, and everything was gross and dirty. Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down. The front desk wouldn’t let us change rooms or offer any apology fir the state of our room.

Literally the grossest motel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival there were zero parking spots open. I finally found a place to put my car, went inside and had to wake the desk guy to check in. Next morning I went to open the curtain, my shoes stuck as I walked after that. There was something all over the floor. It's non smoking, but STINKS of cigs, and the were people either partying or fighting (I'm not sure, it was in Spanish) in the hall all night. The pics just dont do the grossness justice. I have pics, but the uploader isnt working.

Please replace the furniture
The staff was courteous and helpful, but the room itself was awful. The mattress and sofa were lumpy and made it impossible to fall asleep. Also, none of the outlets by the bed worked.

They advertise a pool, gym and dining area in their photos, but it is located in a neighboring hotel. There was small blood marks on the walls and door and the blankets were stained and dirty. Checked in and checked out within 10min of arriving. Zero Stars all around.

Its a cheap hotel
You definitely pay for what you get, there was blood splatter on the lampshades. The bathroom light was so dim I couldnt tell if it was clean or not. No bugs or bed bugs so its good if you need a sketchy spot for one night on the road. But I would never stay here willingly again.
