Noisy upstairs neighbors. Stomping heart until midnight. Otherwise enjoyable. Continental breakfast very satisfactory. Hoping to see$100 deposit for in case of damages refunded soon! Room Left very clean.

Worst customer service
The lady at check in was rude. Turns out they have a policy that locals can’t stay. The site let me book it and everything. I read all the check in and out rules it didn’t say anything about locals within 30 miles can’t stay. We live 20 miles away and even though I had already paid for the room she said can’t stay here then walked away. Didn’t refund the money or anything. I then had to call hotels.com to get a refund. It totally ruined date night.

Pets allowed but not really welcome
Although the hotel comes up as being "pet friendly," it is not. Pets are allowed, but there are A LOT of restrictions, and only one room on each floor is allowed pets, meaning my very old dog had to walk up and down stairs. There is also no grass pet area for walks or potty. All the landscaping is rocked and I had to walk to the Burger King across the street to potty my dog. There was 1 garbage can on the property right by the front door, and I hate to dispose of my dog's waste by the front door, but I had no choice. The hotel will allow pets, there are fees and restrictions, and potential fees if they find any dog hair on any piece of furniture. "Pet Friendly," not so much.

Stay was ok. Clean and quiet. I went to eat breakfast at 9:02am. Lady had taken everything down and said it closed at 9am. Pretty rediculous IMO. I cost them nothing to leave dry goods and Batter out to "make your own waffle".

I reviewed footage to use as training for staff and there was a family that arrived at 9:03AM that had breakfast and was seated when you entered the breakfast room at 9:13AM. Unfortunately, we break down our breakfast at 9:05 and items such as waffle batter are thrown away at that time and wouldn't have been available at the time that you came in at 9:13. We thank you for staying with us and hope to see you on your future travels to Caldwell, ID.

I found a ton of black hair in my bed, one of the more dirty hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was nice. All the tile floors in our room were old and cracked. Hotel needs a remodel.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western very much. It was very clean, the breakfast had many options to choose from. The host at the front desk was very personable, friendly and kind no matter if it was in the morning or evening. Had the best sleep there.

I love that the room we got was awsome because it had the walking in shower with bench. And being disability . It makes some much easier to take a shower .

Had a good stay all staff frinely and i love that they let my grandchildern come to swim even had breakfast with me befor they went to school. Only problem i had was my plug-ins ithe the bath room didnt work .i let desk know no one. came by to fix. I was ther 5 days. Little disappointed.

I made this reservation for my son and his new wife on their wedding day. When they showed up to the front desk in their wedding attire. The hotel would not honor the reservation. I had to go and sign for the room, even though had taken care of the entire costs the week before. They were given keys went to the room and then were kicked out. They says its because they don’t rent to people who live within 30 miles. I suspect by they way they were treated there was also some racial bias in this decision making. DO NOT GO HERE if you are a member of the BIPOC community or if you need any sort of ADA accommodation.

Hello Cheryl-As your family members that were travelling with you recognized and acknowledged, the policy regarding not renting to guests that live within 30 miles is posted on Travelocity and every other website that we are bookable on. This poliocy is enforced equally and has nothing to do with race, ADA, or anything other than the address listed on the guests govenment issued Identification.

The staff (Destiny) was EXTREMELY rude. The hotel would not rent a room to our newlywed kids because they live within 30 miles of the hotel. They actually kicked them out of the room. The room and all expenses were paid for. The couple is inter-racial, my son in black. The staff and manager actually made them leave. They had to find a room at a different hotel.

In short, good but not great. The room definitely had a smell but nothing real specific, musty fits the smell the best. Probably curtains or heat/ac unit is the source. The bed was good, pillow variety good.
