Very impressed with this hotel. Staff more than great. Needed to stay in room due to migraines and asked cleaning lady for coffee pods and towel. She has been wonderful, I told her no need to clean room but she gave towel and pods and is very quiet at other rooms she cleans Front desk has been excellent. When I checked in she was very kind and helpful. I decided to stay an extra day and another woman was at front desk and added another day easily. The location has been perfect. Within walking distance of places I needed to walk to. I was hesitant at first staying here but it’s perfect for me and my needs now. Recommend!

The staff were all amazing, kind and quick service. Breakfast was great for continental style :) Beds were great and room was clean. Bathroom is pretty croweded ( just a bad set up) Parking lots and side walks were slick and not cleared well. Although snall complaints Definitely would stay again. The staff make it amazing and ya'll got some good ones :)

Nice Hotel
Very friendly staff, room was nice but older. I have stayed here before. Many food options close by, grocery store is across the parking lot. Conveniently located off the freeway.

We always have an excellent stay at Best Western. With that said, after walking around for an hour the bottom of our feet were dirty from the room. Our bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Our stay was very comfortable. This property is an older structure but has been remodeled and updated. The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving

The shower in our king room was filled with mold mildew. We were unable to get a new king room so we had to settle for a queen room with 2 beds. Room was very crowded and still had some mold in bathroom. Breakfast was good the first morning but was terrible the second morning. Don't know if we would stay again.

The location is very convenient to I84 and yet very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent beds and spacious room, nice sized tv with lots of channels. Great value.

Excellent value
Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom on the smaller side but clean. Beds comfortable, plenty of pillows. Very good complimentary breakfast. Very reasonable rates.

No running water
We booked a 7 night stay at this hotel. We checked in on Sept 26th and checked out just after lunch on Sept 27th because the water kept getting turned off for a little over an hour each time. I called the desk to report the water off and was told it will be just another hour. We had to go to a nearby restaurant to use the restroom and wash our hands. We found another hotel and spent the night of the 27th and the rest of the week there. This hotel is trying to charge me for nights I did not stay there. The manager did not return my calls when I spoke with the desk clerk and left a message to call me to discuss this matter. Other than water not being available we had no problem with the hotel.

Karl, We are very sorry that you feel like we refused to refund you. When Expedia called me I told them I was more than happy to let them refund your nights except the one that was too late to cancel. We had no control over your refund because you didn't book it through Best Western directly. As for the plumbing we had an emergency and that will happen occasionally, we had work done in the middle of the day when it was going to inconvenience the fewest guests. kindly,Danelle D PooleGeneral Manager

The entire staff is friendly from the housekeeping crew to front desk, the room did have a smell, they told me that someone had made popcorn and that was the smell, I opted to keep it thinking it would go away, so we opened the windows to air out. However the temperature was too hot to keep the window open, I’m not sure if it was smoke or just normal wear since they are a pet friendly facility.

Filthy floor in the room.
Our room has a wood floor, no carpet. It appeared clean, but after walking around the room getting settled. I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black. My husband were also black . I showed the washcloth to the maid and she said she washed the floor 3 times. I don’t think so. I didn’t take s picture of the washcloth, I wish I had, but I thought she would clean the floor. The next night I mopped the floor and still dirt on the cloth and my feet.

This property was safe, quiet, and clean. I was grateful that breakfast was included in the price, because we needed to get on the road early in the day. But the juice was a little watery, and the price for the stay higher than what we normally pay. Hotel stays are getting so expensive!

We stopped in Meridian on our way from Utah to Washington, this was a convenient stay right near the freeway. No problems with freeway noise either. Toddler loved the swimming pool, daddy loved the hot tub, aunties loved the comfy beds and clean room, and we all found something at breakfast that we liked. Solid accommodations!

Great hotel but parking sucks!
Everything was great except the atrocious parking situation. There are simply not enough spaces available and all local businesses have signs saying your vehicle will be towed if you park there. If you are there early, you're good The hotel itself was clean and the front desk attendant was great.
