Crash pad for a night.
If you don't need the glamor of some of the higher-priced downtown Boise hotels? This is the place for you. Reasonably priced. Kind staff. Close to everything. No complaints.

The location is hard to beat at this price point and being walking distance from downtown. The traffic can be a bit loud, but it's off a main road in the city so that's to be expected (it was actually quieter than another place we stayed later in the trip). The bed was comfy.

Night receptionist put me in a nice room with a hotel I came in late from my night shift he moved my room to one with a bath! I was so grateful! And he reserved my room until my shift was after3am

Don't Go There!
You really do get what you pay for. I wanted to be economical because I was staying for 4 nights and wanted to be close to downtown. But I sacrificed comfort and cleanliness as a result. My room was never serviced, I had to ask for coffee each day, the hair dryer didn't work, and there weren't even any tissues, among many other things missing in a good hotel. The bed was comfortable though, hence my rating. But really everything else about it was rundown and sad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.

Great.
Great family owned hotel. They've occasionally got some unsavory folks but that comes with the territory. You're not gonna beat the price for the location.

Cute but dated hotel
The room/hotel is dated for sure. Many of the items in the room poorly function or don’t work. The mildew smell in the room I had was the hardest part. Also heard the entire conversation of the room next door.

Smell really bad and it was a noise all night if somebody was hitting something. The price is too expensive for this room in that condition. I hope I can get some money back for this inconvenience.

My family and I stayed here so i could work for the week. And we have 2 service dogs. And they asked for clarification and by law they cant but we showed them anyway and we they perfore service they bark. And the hotel staff said they have to come check because people say they sacm them. So they made us wait over 2 1/2hrs to fro them to.come to our room. And they saw them and didn't bark nothing and said to us ok i guess we are wrong.

TV had no sound, and the sink was broken; it worked, but the drain was broken and the sink would not hold water. A sink should hold water.

The area around the hotel seemed unkempt. I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle still had tires in the AM. The room looked dated and smelled of cigarettes and feet. The only plus of the room was that the shower had a lot of pressure. Unless, this is your last option, I would go elsewhere.

Noisy
Noisy neighborhood and single-pane windows did little to keep out the noise. Non-smoking room still smelled of cigarettes. Room was quite clean, though, and staff was friendly.

Budget hotel for a flying visit. The room was clean and tidy but it was exceptionally noisy with other guests up to to 3am and traffic surrounding the hotel. If your looking for cheap accommodation and have ear plugs then book it!

Pretty much a dive motel. Long term residents in some rooms, homeless wandering around. Stained towels, broken furniture, noisy bathroom fan, TV does not work. Will not stay here again.

Unsafe location. Unsavory characters hanging around on the stairs. Building and exterior in very bad condition. Room recently painted but pillow cases were gray and stained. Towels ripped and stained. Dirty toilet seat. No toilet paper and broken holder. Morning desk clerk refused to give me a receipt though night clerk insisted I give her my credit card (I booked online). This motel feels unsafe and either needs a major overhaul or a tear-down. We paid $187 when it isn't worth above $60. Shame on them for not giving decent value for the high price.

Property has not been maintained or updated. Microwave looked like it had been melted. Covers over electrical outlets were hanging from walls. Some outlets didn’t work. Location didn’t look very safe. Lots of road noise.

Room smelled a little weird, VERY basic accommodations. Toilet paper not on spool, would be nice to have a sitting chair that isn't like a dining rom table chair. For the money decent place. Has a bed, shower and sink.
