If you put out the do not disturb for a while in the morning they never picked up the trash or gave new towels and took old ones. Our room was only cleaned the day before we left. We stayed 5 nights. We had to ask for fresh towels and trash removal. The same trash was in the hallway by elivator for three days with trash can overflowing and trash sitting beside it piled up. Our sheets we never changed.

Pros: the staff was outstanding
Cons: nope nothing
Location: came for funeral and didn't do much sight seeing except to look at the places my husband used to live when young boy.
Great place to stay clean nice view of the river. Very friendly staff

Not "Downtown"

The hotel's name gives impression that it is downtown. No. Not downtown. Staff was welcoming and helpful. My room was on the ground floor and if I left the drapes open people walking by would be able to see me in my room. If I closed them it was dark in the middle of the day and I had to turn on the lights. It would have been a good idea to have sheer curtains so I could open the drapes and have natural light during the day. Also sheers would save electricity.

Overpriced, overrated hotel near Boise State

The photos looked decent but the hotel, halls, elevator & room had patched walls & carpet, dirty bathroom & overall look/feel of a neglected motel 6. Breakfast was not good. Wake up call never happened. Wil not stay here again.

Clean and decent for the price

Pros: The room was updated and clean.
Cons: The breakfast room seemed old and dated. Breakfast could be better.
Location: Was downtown and near my sons apartment who we were visiting. We didn't eat out near the restaurant, so I don't know if there were any or not.
The room itself is good size. The bathroom was a bit tight for the three of us. The beds felt rather new and I didn't feel things crawling under my back like I have in some hotels in the past. The breakfast was ok. "Paper bacon", egg patties, hashbrown patties, assortment of breads, cereals, waffle maker and coffee and juice. Decent, just not really good.

Nice hotel by the Boise Rivet

It was nice. The only problem the phone in our room did not work. It has a hot tub and a sauna. We couldn't the steam room to work, but that could be user error.

Nice quiet room. Lobby and breakfast room tiny and unattractive. Fake eggs were terrible.

Never again will a stay here or book from Expedia

My kitchen flooded so the insurance company had put us up. The room smelled like smoke and there was pee on the sheets. It was so bad I just wanted to check out. Then the kicked because I booked thru this website they could not refunded or cancel the next three days . My son had to go stay with his grandpa it was so bad. Lesson learned

Don't recommend for women traveling alone.

Location good. Easy to get to St. Alphonses hospital. Ok for the price.
