Good location, convenient to downtown restaurants

Pros: Beds, bedding and carpet were newer and really nice quality. free breakfast was good.
Cons: Bathroom, doors and trim old and not in good repair. Shower head was shot and toilet too small with most uncomfortable plastic seat. (unit #108)
Front desk provided me with local dining guide and good local knowledge on restaurants i might like. Bittercreek Alehouse was a great choice

Would NOT recommend.

Pros: The only positive thing I can say is that the location worked well for us.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
Location: Close to downtown Boise.
Rooms need updating badly. Carpets dirty, drapes frayed. Air conditioner/Heating smells terrible - needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. We stayed five nights - housekeeping awful. Beds were made poorly, a 5-year old could do better. Towels and amenities not replaced, etc.

Pros: Location; included breakfast.
Cons: Facility updates.
Location: Downtown restaurants and activities.
Expedia indicated our room rate was 1/2 price but the listed rate is much too high; this hotel is in need of updating. That said, our experience was generally positive. Room was clean. Proximity to river path, downtown and interstate are quite good. Included breakfast was certainly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dated hotel

The rooms were very dated. Afternoon napping was impossible because the housekeepers kept slamming the doors. The hotel did step up with a discount when two rooms were having parties that woke up the wing.

comfy hotel, friendly staff

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accomadating. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean.. hot tub was small and did look a little dirty, sauna was nice. I slept comfortably in bed, and loved that I was able to open sliding glass door and take dog for a walk, without a bunch of hassle. The river, green belt, was beautiful. Thanks, would recommend and hopefully will visit again.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel!

LOVED my stay here! So many reasons to love it. Free GOOD coffee round the clock in the lobby, friendly and helpful staff, salt water pool, and hot tub!! They also have room service, though I didn't try that. Above average breakfast included, and comfortable beds with high powered, ice cold AC. Everything was so very nice. The interior and carpet are a bit dated, but the room and customer service made up for it! I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Boise!

Some Issues

Location: Didn't have time to explore
Found the room had at least 2 lighting fixtures which needed bulb replacement and the AC unit is in need of some tendering loving care, very noisy fan

Good price but not worth the savings.

Pros: Breakfast options good.
Cons: Feels very dark and worn out.
Location: In somewhat industrial area.
Facilities are dark, carpet is stained both in the hallways and my room. Lobby and elevator tile floors chipped and dirty. Kleenex box in bathroom room was empty except for a used one someone had stuffed back in there and the phone in the room to reach the front desk did not work. Large dumpster outside my window was accessed at 3:54am - very noisy - and I was on the second floor. Complimentary breakfast was very good and well-stocked though.

Place was kind a old and just gave me the creeps. Even though it appeared clean it just sort of kept reminding me of bedbugs.
