Not as advertised

The photos in the app made it look like it warranted the label "suites". It does not. It's pretty run down. One of the outside doors didn't lock, allowing anyone to access the interior. My carpet was wet from who knows what. And we had an emergency at home but when my wife called, staff said they had no record of my stay. And I had silenced my phone. My wife called several times, I was there, but they said I wasn't. Funny, I was billed for the stay.

We apologize for the issues you experienced while a guest at our hotel. A wet floor in your room is not what you expect when staying at a hotel and apologize that this was the case for you. Additionally, we will investigate why our desk clerk could not locate a registered guest in our system. We realize this was frustrating especially as there was an emergency situation for you. We are in the planning phase of a hotel remodel and invite you back when this is completed. Again our apologies for the issues you experienced.
