Not a fan....

Hotel was outdated, dirty carpets, cracked tiles everywhere. My room smelled like urine. The sliding door didn't lock, at all.. On the positive, when I went to the desk, they were very apologetic and gave me a new room. The new room was better, but not satisfied.

Room with a view of Greenbelt

Wish we could have stayed longer, the view of the greenbelt river was amazing, coffee was excellent, had to skip breakfast due to time but I did take a cinnamon bun with me. I'd stay again given the chance.

Staff was friendly but it's an older hotel and very tired and worn condition. They did have self service laundry and decent pool. Breakfast was adequate with better selections then expected. It's a ok place for a night but wouldn't spend more time here

Hotel in TERRIBLE location

Location: Terrible unsafe location
very disappointing stay in this hotel. The hotel itself was OK but the area in which it was located was AWFUL. Felt like we were going to be mugged at any time. I would never stay at this hotel again. Never felt safe here.

Light bulbs in room didn't work. Sheets had stains

Light bulbs were out. Cleaned up coke spill with towel was clearly dirty, just left in bathroom even after room cleaned. Stains on sheets. Lady at front desk nice enough but and tried to accommodate us the best she could.

Nice hotel, not top of the line, but comfortable.

Pros: The balcony was great, I am a smoker and it was nice not having to go all the way outside the hotel to smoke. Just step out on the balcony.
Cons: Coffee that they have in the room was terrible.
Location: The river walk was nice.
The room was clean and had a frig, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee was always available in the lobby. Breakfast was pretty good, love the waffle makers. Loved the balcony in our room, but it needed some chairs. The hotel is on the Boise river and we had a nice view of that. I would stay there again if I were in that area.

Pros: close to river and walking path
Cons: clean, repair
The hotel in dirty and very worn. Ceiling titles are old and dirty, hall way carpets are dirty and worn. Bedroom sliding glass doors are old and dirty.

Eh it was alright

I definitely wouldn't say the $99 we paid was worth the room we got. There was hair left on the one bed, and the blankets were white so the dark hair stuck out like a sore thumb. There was something nasty smeared on the wall as well. Because I work in a hotel, I wasn't going to complain too much. The overall property could use some upkeep. The two outside doors close to our room weren't working so we had to walk all the way around, which was inconvenient. It helped to have breakfast offered. It was close to the arena so it was very easy. I'm not sure if I'd honestly stay here again tho. We did have a decent check in tho, they didn't really engage in any conversation with us tho, which was kind of disappointing. All in all, it wasn't COMPLETELY terrible I guess.
