Pros: The bed
Some may not like the locations closeness to airport because of the noise but it's a very comfortable place!

Convenient to Airport

Pros: The front desk staff
Cons: The quality of the pillows needs to be upgraded a little.
Location: 5 minutes from the airport.
The hotel staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was one of the friendliest persons I've encountered at a hotel. I wish I had gotten her name so I could commend her to the manager. The hotel itself was what you expect at a Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable enough. We booked it due to the location being so close to the airport since we had a morning flight out.

The staff were awesome and so accommodating.

Pros: Small but had all the amenities needed.
Cons: I think a pet had been in my room. There was dog hair under the desk.
Location: Didn't explore the surroundings. Just needed to be near the airport. Very convenient.
The staff were so genuinely friendly, I felt like I was have breakfast and dinner with friends or family. Not to have a full restaurant, the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Close to Airport and downtown

Pros: The staff is very good and very helpful. They are top notch.
A great little Hampton Inn with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We stay here every time we come to Boise and have a very positive experience every time.

Noisy

Pros: Consistency of Hampton Inns is always good; clean, comfortable, good breakfasts.
Cons: Replace windows to cut down on noise from airport and highway. Haven't had that kind of issue with other Hampton Inns.
Location: Lots of history, shopping, and family type things to do, zoo, nature trails, Farmstead, arboretum, etc.
Convenient off highway and close to family we were visiting, staff very friendly and helpful, room was very noisy next to airport.

Disappointed

Tiny room. Very close to the lounge/breakfast room and night staff used it as their "break" room which meant the TV was on all night at a high volume! Overall it seemed a very low budget hotel compared to my other Hampton Inn experience.

No laundry facilities

Cons: LAUNDRY FACILITIES!!!!!!!!!
Location: convenient to town and airport
Very disappointed to learn they had no on site laundry facilities. Also, the dead bolt for our room (124) did not lock.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review! Sadly, when we did our last renovation about 5 years ago we decided not to add the laundry at that time. We are lucky to have two hotels across the street from us that welcome our guests to use their laundry facilities!

Comfortable and clean room, excellent desk space

The hotel staff was very nice, and the complimentary cookies and diverse continental breakfast were a nice touch. The hotel is right off the highway, so ideal for a traveler passing through.

WELL NO LAUNDRY HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT BREAKFAST WAS THE WORST

I am very sorry that your stay was not as expected during your recent stay with us. We keep the hot tub at a toasty 103 degrees for safety and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, when we were last remodeled they chose not to put laundry facilities in and we do hope that will be reconsidered during our next renovation in approx. 2-3 years.
